The BE Letter is just as

the Basic Evaluation and
is NOT equivalent to a
release for serial delivery.

The documents must be filled in properly and have to be sent in Excel format to the following email address:

Additionally, the signed documents and the technical drawing marked by number have to be sent per Email.
The Supplier is requested to use B/S/H/ templates.

2.6. First Sample Shipment

Identification:
1 Each sample has to be sent with First Sample Delivery Label.
2 In the Forwarding to field has to be written related QMS department e.g.FRFI1/QMS
3 First sample delivery label can be downloaded from B/S/H/ website.

Shipment conditions:
1 Initial samples should not be delivered together with regular shipments.
2 Initial samples must be shipped in a separate box or container with its own delivery shipping
ticket, to the address specified on the order.
3 The parts must be sufficiently protected against damage and environmental factors or sent in
the packaging which is defined at the placement meeting for the serial production.
If the measurements or tests at the Supplier uncover any deviations from the specifications,
such deviations must be amended before the shipment of the initial sample.
In exceptional cases, the supplier has to contact related B/S/H/ department.

v. Capability study
Capability study has to be made for:
1 control characteristics indicated in the drawing and
2 characteristics which are defined at the placement meeting.
Capability study has to be performed separately for each cavity.
Required values:
1 Cmk 1,67
based on the measurement of minimum 50 parts, produced continuously with one setup
