 Objectives of the scheme
To promote skill development for youth by providing
monetary rewards & skill trainings.
All the trainings are in specific growth sectors, targeted
to cover 31 out of 33 sectors identified by Planning
Commission
To cover all job roles in all sectors Levels I to VI in the
NVEQF/NSQF (National Skill Qualification Framework)
 Scheme in a nutshell
45 Days/90hr. training from an eligible Training Partner
(TP) in a trade which is under preview of the scheme.
Trainee need to have UID No. and Bank Account (BOI).
For PMKVY training ,registration fee amounting 800/1200
INR needs to be submitted by trainee which is totally
refundable to the candidate after the successful
completion of the assessment.
Trainees needs to clear / pass assessment conducted by
respective SSCs (Sector Skill Council), at the end of
training.
Certification to the candidates undergoing the skills
training and passing the assessment.
 Eligible Beneficiaries
This scheme is applicable to any candidate of Indian
nationality who:
Is 18 40 Years of age.
Undergoes a skill development training in a
prospective sector by an eligible training provider.
Has a UID No / NPR No for direct benefit transfer (if
trainee does not have these, his mobile no is required
and we will need to get both of these done in first
week of training).
Students need to have Bank account in Bank of India
(BOI) or Authorized Bank Partners.
 Why PMKVY ?
Why PMKVY in your Institution -
Students shall get a good skills program where
placement could also be facilitated.
Students would be certified by Govt of India /
NSDC/ respective SSC, as Certified Skilled
Manpower.
We may facilitate in arranging on campus
interviews, towards end of the year in respective
sectors.
Revenue sharing with the State Channel Partners.
 Proposed Partnership
Certification to the students.
45 Days / 90 hrs mandatory Skill training program to all students.
Skills Training as part of everyday academic schedule.
Training in the partnership of Vendor Plus and Institution about 2 3 hours
everyday
Training Content and Material shall be provided by Vendor Plus (Soft Copy).
Initially a Pilot Batch and then replication.
Revenue sharing between Vendor Plus and Institutions / Partners.
Trainer from Vendor Plus to impart training program for the institutes
faculty.
Training Infrastructure to be provided by Institutions.
Training in Institutions campus only, by using existing infrastructure.
Institutions shall be responsible for providing training infrastructure,
mobilization facilitation of the candidates, defining training schedule, UID
and bank account opening (BOI) facilitation to students and other
administrative support in their own campus.
 Proposed Partnership (Financial)
Financials
Student will only pay Rs.1200 /- and Rs.800 / -as per the selected job
roles as the registration fee and Examination fee.
Rest of the fee amount shall be invested by Vendor Plus.
Assessment Fee of students will be submitted / taken care by Vendor
Plus.
At the end of training, certified student will get registration money
back and a certificate as reward.
Revenue sharing with PARTNER will be upto 70% per certified
student.
Vendor Plus will try to facilitate Placement of 3rd year candidates at
the end of academic session, in the areas of PMKVY training program.
1st and 2nd year students can enrolled for Skill enhancement and
Government Certification Program.

After the assessment is done by Assessing body, info is passed to NSDC through SSC,
NSDC releases Reward to the beneficiary and credit amount to TP .
