Philippines Statistics Authority, Philippines has 900, 914
businesses. Of these numbers, 99.5% of this belongs to
MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises).
The majority of this MSME includes wholesale or
retail, food services, financial services, etc.
So How does this
establishments scale up
with the technology?
Businesses today should scale up with the current
trend. With tons of readily available business tools, to
custom development they have a choices whether

But the problem is, most of them are still skeptical on
how these technology will affect or empower their

Product Introduction
Superfy will be a mini crm (customer relationship
management) that will change on how MSME focuses
their energy and resources. It will be a cloud based
application ensuring the target clients will not spend
cash on buying pricey servers or hardwares. It will
help the businesses to acquire customer, broadcast
news and promotion, have their own portfolio and
generate statistics. The good thing about this is
basically it will be free and the users will only pay for
that they will use.

First feature of the superfy will be the CRM, its


basically a collection of information of their customers
that they can manage, sort and generate statistics.
With this, they can study the profile of their customers
and decide when to launch a promotion or new
product. This will also act as a smart phonebook.

Text Blast Service

Second, and a good selling point of the app is that the


users will be having a power to send text messages to
thousands of contacts in a few clicks, with lower cost than a
normal text message. With the integration to the first
feature, the CRM, they can choose to whom to send the
messages with parameters (ex: by gender, by location).
They can also setup scheduled messages. And an addition
for this feature, the users will have their own sender name.
(instead of a number sender ex: 09771234567, the sender
will be on alphabet ex: myBusiness Name)

They can launch campaigns, and track whether their


advertisement turns into actual customer through our
text messaging feature. As a use case, they can send
a text message to 1,000 people, giving them a
discount when they present the message, and they
can track whether these 1,000 people turns into
actual customers.

The superfy will also give the users to have a


personal space. They can create a profile or their
own personal page to put up all the business
information and their marketing needs that will be
available for public viewing. Also there will be a form
for their customer for them to opt in/opt out for the
business news and promotions.

we get them?
Our target users will be the owners/managers of
micro, small and medium enterprises, including
organizations, and schools. This will be first to
introduce in provinces where technology in business
is still weak, and there are no competitions. A product
launch in few cities is sees as an effective guerrilla
marketing strategy.

As an MVP, the first feature to be develop is the CRM
as a core of the application, and the Text Messaging
Service as the source of the revenue. This will make
the application to an early release and gauge the
users willingness to use. Also, the application will be
designed as a Human Centric.
