Class assignments, solutions, announcements, and lecture notes will be available for viewing and
downloading. Every student is responsible for all assignments and other information posted on
Moodle and/or discussed in class. HW is generally due on Friday and can be turned in
before/after class or in PAN 140. OFFICE CLOSES AT 4:00 PM.

Homework will be assigned weekly. Some assignments, particularly those that include SPICE
simulation, may not have posted solutions, and instead I will go over the basic idea of the
solution in class.

Recitation (Discussion Sections)

Recitation will be used for either example problems, SPICE simulation examples, or quizzes.
Quizzes will be given in recitation or in class. Class quizzes may not be announced ahead of
time. There will be approximately 5 quizzes given during the semester. The recitation instructors
are as follows:

Th 12:20pm-1:10pm Campbell
Fri 11:15am-12:05pm Kim
Fri 12:20pm-1:10pm Harjani

Grading
Homework 10%
Quizzes 30%
Midterm Exam 30%
Final Exam 30%
Policies
The policies and procedures followed in this course are the standard University policies (e.g.
withdrawals, incompletes, academic integrity, etc.). In the case of an excused absence, I will not
give a makeup exam/quiz. Instead I will substitute a pro-rated grade based on your performance
in other areas.
