Traffic Case Call to MS, Preperation
Termination with MSRN
Result of B-no. analysis in TCS indicates a mobile
MTBSS terminating call
MDS is seized and handels roaming number
IT RE MRNR MTB MTBCC MSRN is set idle in MDS
MTB (CC-layer) is seized
success -> no congestions in MTBCC & MTBSS
possible

Fetching of MTV Data

MTV MSNAN
MTBSS is seized
IMSI is analysed -> subscriber identified
MTBSS subscriber data is fetched from the VLR (MTV)
MSNAN performs IMSI number series analysis
IT RE MTB MTBCC

ISDN Reading Interface

MTV
CC layer requests A-subscriber data from the
incoming side
MTBSS (data received in IAM)

IT RE MTB MTBCC

Telecommunication Service Analysis

MTV MABC is requested to select a BC and to gener-
ate a BASC
MTBSS Are BASC (BEC or TEC) & CE supported by the
MSC/VLR?
IT RE MTB MTBCC MTB initiates the TSA and a combability check for
TEC/ BEC in MTECA
MTBSS initiates a subscription check in MTV and
MABC MTECA stores the TSA results
MTB now has a BASC and orders MTBSS to fetch
MTV data per BASC

Charging Analysis
MTV MTBSS links a MRR individual into the link chain
MRR initiates final charging analysis towards RE
MTBSS MTB activates MTBCC individual and seizes idle
message handling individual (MCCMH)
MCPPH is activated by MCCMH
