technology that will eliminate 100% of sand down to 50 microns.
Formation and fracturing sand moving at high velocity up the wellbore pos-
es intrinsic hazards, including: Immediate risk of failed/washed-out surface
equipment, and longer-term risk of equipment failure due to erosion.
The fine sands used in fracturing operations have become extremely difficult
to remove prior to being fed into production facilities. The current solution of
installing redundant pieces of equipment (sand traps) has proven ineffective
at removing these fine sands, but has been the only option available.
The ENERGES Dynacorp Sand Filter was designed to be the superior option for
eliminating fine sands after initial flowback of hydraulically fractured forma-
tions. By removing these fine sands, the ENERGES Dynacorp Sand Filter reduc-
es equipment wear and the risk/downtime associated with maintenance, as
well as reducing the overall cost and footprint caused by redundant systems.
