THE COMPETITION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN 2 PHASES

CAMPUS ROUNDS INNOVATION IMMERSION

Phase - I Phase - II
Phase - I

Campus Rounds
In Phase-1 we have divided various campuses into 3 Function Pools: Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Campus Rounds
Teams from each campus have to solve a Function Case Study that has been allotted to them. Post the submission
of solutions, Maricos team will select top 3 teams from the each of the campus. The Marico panel will visit the
campus for judging the top 3 teams and will declare the winner. Each winning team will win Rs.25,000!

Corporate Round for Campus Winners

At the end of all the campus rounds, we will call all the campus winners to Mumbai for the Corporate round, where they
will present their solutions to the Function head. (Yes, the CXOs). One team from each pool will be declared as winner and
will win a prize money of Rs.50,000. These three teams (Pool winners) will then participate in the Phase 2

Rise Above All, Rise Over The Wall

The Case Studies are designed to compel you to break paradigms, think out the box and look for ways to rise Over The Wall!
Phase - II

Innovation Immersion
An Unequaled Opportunity
Three teams will be given an opportunity to work with the Marico Innovation Foundation. Each team will work with one
organization on a project to help them accelerate their growth. The organizations are a part of Marico Innovation
Foundations Social Innovation Acceleration Program. All of them work on social enterprise models and the Marico
Innovation Foundation helps them to leverage innovation, in order to scale the impact of their work.

An Unequaled Opportunity
Students will spend time with the organizations to understand their projects in detail. Teams will be assigned guides (from
the social organization) and mentors (Marico Mentors: Senior leaders from Marico) on the project to ensure that the
students understanding and learning is maximized.

This is an unequaled opportunity for you to help organizations scale up, contribute to society and implement what you
think is right. The off-shoot of handing over the ownership of these projects and assigning sole execution is handing over a
lot of responsibility as well. And then theres risk, immense risk. But then again, we also believe that grey matter matters
more than grey hair. So take your recommendations outside of the boardroom, participate in building a legacy, create a
social change and leave your indelible mark
Make a Difference
The projects have been designed in such a way that you will get a chance to create something meaningful, something
beyond a presentation, something that will help you rise above all, rise over the wall.

The Added Bonus

You get to present the solution to Harsh Mariwala, Founder of Marico. And yes the winning team will win Rs. 5 Lakh!
