Chapter 1: Health
"A wise man should consider that health is the greatest of human blessings, and learn
how by his own thought to derive benefit from his illnesses." Hippocrates
It goes without saying that good health is one of the basic foundations of life, but
often it is taken for granted until health problems start popping up. Hence, a clean bill
of health is one of the most important things you should be asking the Cosmos for
when you're cosmic ordering.
The following are 20 ideas, split into Physical and Mental well-being, so that you can
banish ailments, start living healthily and be able to do anything you want to:
Physical Well-Being
Immune System -
My immune system is at its best form, promoting digestive health and improving
immunity to external factors. I eat healthy foods and have the instincts to take good
care of myself every day.
Your immune system is your best defense against illnesses, as prevention is
always better than cure.
Fitness -
My mind is sharp and focused through exercise. My metabolism increases with
each activity and propels me towards my fitness goals. The meals I eat keep me
satisfied until the next. I am energized and able to perform well in training.
A little exercise a day is infinitely better than lazing around. Start small and
slowly work your way up!
Detoxing -
My body is cleansed and full of nutrients. I have total control over my diet and
include raw, healthy foods that taste amazing in my meals.
Our air is thick with pollution and there are chemicals present in almost
everything we eat nowadays. Have faith in the Cosmos that it will purge you of
toxins and cleanse your body totally.
Hydration -
I take in the optimal amount of water for me daily. My body is fully hydrated and
thus performs at its best.
Proper water intake is essential for your body to avoid dehydration, which
leads to a number of diseases and even blemished skin. Yes, water keeps you
looking good. Drink filtered water whenever possible, and avoid buying
bottled water to help conserve the Earth, which the Cosmos has given us.
Anti-Aging -
I remain youthful and filled with vigor each day. My skin retains elasticity and
continues to look good. My tissue cells regenerate and repair at a high rate and
keeps me healthy at all times.
As we age, our cells start dying at a rapid pace and we find ourselves horrified
at the first sign of a wrinkle. Our skin turns dull and sometimes a flight of stairs
can render us breathless.
Aging is something that no one can escape, but to age gracefully and
beautifully is up to you (and your connection to the Cosmos).
Weight Loss -
My weight is at the optimum for my height and build. I enjoy eating right and
exercising. I love seeing myself in better shape and how clothes fit me better and
more attractively.
One of the benefits of eating right and exercising is that you're bound to lose
weight eventually. While a few extra pounds may aren't really troubling and
may even do you some good, most of us carry more than just a few extra
pounds. Excessive weight can lead to many health problems in the long run, so
start now and make use of the Cosmos to shed them!
Fatigue -
My sleep patterns are changed for the better and provides me sufficient energy for
the entire day. I have a work-life balance and am motivated to give my all in
everything I do.
Everyone gets tired once in a while, but if you suffer from chronic fatigue then
it becomes something that needs to be addressed before it affects your life
negatively anymore.
Insomnia -
My bedroom is the best environment for me to replenish my energy. I fall asleep
with ease and get enough rest to greet the next day with positivity.
If your caffeine intake is hindering you from sleeping at night, which in turn
causes you to ingest more caffeine the following day (creating an endless
cycle), try limiting your caffeine consumption to just the morning and reducing
the amount each time. Insomnia can be extremely exhausting, both physically
and mentally, so remember to ask the Cosmos for some help each night before
sleep!
Allergies/Hay Fever/Eczema -
I am allergen-free and am able to be myself in trigger areas. I have clear smooth
skin and love how my immune system is functioning with excellence.

High Blood Pressure -

My blood pressure maintains at the appropriate rate for my body. I am relaxed in all
situations and I fill my body with the right foods to regulate my blood flow.
Hypertension can become a serious health issue if left unchecked. Lowering
your blood pressure (to a normal rate) can reduce your chances of heart
diseases and strokes drastically, so remember to get your blood pressure
routinely checked.
Urinary Incontinence -
I have total control over my bladder, knowing when to visit the bathroom and when
to drink more fluids. My sphincter muscles are strong and function well at all times.
This is not an easy health issue to have, as it might cause embarrassment to
those who have it and find it hard to seek professional help. But the fact is that
a lot of people are afflicted by it, whether young or old. See a doctor as soon
as possible, and when combined with your Cosmic Order, your problem will go
away in no time.
Excessive Alcohol Consumption -

My brain is stored with the right neuro-chemicals I need to feel at ease when sober.
Sobriety gives me a sense of well-being and happiness. I have the strength and
courage to remain in control at all times.
Red wine is permissible in moderate (small!) amounts, but beer and other
types of alcohol are extremely damaging to the liver when consumed
excessively or regularly. Remember: moderation is key!
Smoking -
I wake up feeling refreshed and totally myself. I love breathing in clean air and my
lungs love me for it. My resolve grows stronger every day.
Not only is smoking detrimental to your health, it's damaging to your skin's
appearance as well. Regain your health and good looks just by letting go of this
one vice for starters!
Eating Disorders -
I love my unique image because it is mine. I combine moderate exercise and
healthy eating to achieve better health. I see the truth of the media industry and
create new standards for myself: I am capable of improving my character, ideals,
and my ability to love myself and others.
The media industry is saturated with Photoshopped celebrities and airbrushed
models on every page, every screen. 69% of adolescents who frequently read
fashion magazines believed that those magazines influenced their ideas of an
ideal body. It's imperative that we realize every single body is different and
thus can only be held to its own standard.
Terminal Illness -
I am ready to meet my Maker and am grateful to know that I am part of the circle of
life. I have absolute control of my mind and body during this journey and I have
ample time to connect with my loved ones.
There is probably nothing more upsetting than finding out you have limited
time left on the Earth. But since we were born, we've already been using up
our limited time! Now is the time to truly reflect on your life and come to
terms with whatever you've done, or make amends.
Mental Well-Being
Stress -
I have complete control over my life and can handle everything smoothly. My
destiny is planned and ready to be fulfilled.
Many health problems can be attributed to this one thing. Stress is all in the
mind; once you let go of it, you'll find that it's not that hard to get through
each day happily.
Oversensitivity -
I take things as they are and trust every person I care about in my life. I believe the
best in everyone and attract positivity from every fiber in my being.
Isn't it annoying when some people get worked up over a tiny little remark or
read too much into something said over text? This is the world nowadays, and
we can all do our parts to infuse more happiness with it.
Depression -
My serotonin levels are just right for me and I feel at peace with myself and the
world. I claim happiness as my right and relief floods me from minute to minute.
If you're on medication for clinical depression, it might take more effort to
connect to the Cosmos for this particular order.

I learn from past experiences and accept myself for who I was. I am a better person

order for you to move on with life. What's past is past and as you learn more
about yourself each day, you can look back on your past and turn it into
positive personal growth.

Being in the pink of health, the next thing most people naturally desire would be to
be abundant in wealth so that stability, security, and satisfaction can be achieved.
Most people misunderstand the concept of cosmic ordering wealth because they
expect a bag of money to land on their doorstep immediately. Wealth creation
through cosmic ordering actually means opening your mind to receive the abundance
that the Cosmos has for you, in both traditional and unexpected ways. So don't pin all
your hopes on a lottery ticket, or hoard your money in fear of losing any of it. Just
have faith and put in effort in everything you do.
The following are 20 ideas, split into 2 categories for you to begin manifesting the
bounty of the Cosmos for yourself:
General
Wealth Mindset -
I am worthy of abundant wealth and am open to all that the Cosmos can offer me. I
am a money magnet.
Before you attract wealth, you need to believe that you indeed deserve to be
wealthy. Cast aside all pre-conceived notions about poverty and wealth, and
accept what is to come.
Wealth Creation -
The Cosmos has an infinite supply and gives me large sums of money through
wholesome, quick channels. The money magnet within me attracts riches from all
places in grace. My financial consciousness grows with each dollar and allows me to
help others with compassion.
Remembering to give back to the community is important in furthering the
cycle of wealth. Be grateful and help others in need, and the Cosmos will
reward you endlessly.
Better Vacations -
The next vacation I'm going on will be the best I ever had, as well for my
family/friends. I will spend on whatever I like and still be abundant in wealth.
Often it's money issues that prevent people from going on dream vacations
and living it up. With the Cosmos on your side though, this won't be a problem
any longer.
Economic Abuse -
I am in control of my finances and make my own decisions about them. I handle
them well and am able to make them prosper every day.
If your finances are being controlled by someone (family, spouse, even banks,
etc.), use this Order to take charge of your own fiscal health and learn to be
assertive.
Debt Crisis -
My finances are enough to pay off any bank loans, including interest. My fiscal
health is excellent. I am surrounded by people who want to help me get the best

difficulties that arise in your life due to this addiction. Release the addiction
with the Cosmos' help and stay strong!
Lending Money -
I can discern if one is borrowing money with good intentions. I am capable and
willing to help others in need. My money will return to me multiple-fold and fill the
Universe with positivity.
People always say that the fastest way to lose money is to lend it. But if you're
able to see if someone has every intention of paying it back, or if they're
borrowing under false pretenses, I daresay loan it out. The Cosmos rewards
people who are compassionate.
Higher Pay -
My salary increases steadily and quickly. I receive timely bonuses that surpass my
expectations. I get a raise that is beyond generous.
There's nothing like getting a raise or a bonus to validate your effort at work.
Go ahead and celebrate afterwards!
Savings -
I have plenty of money to keep in a high-interest account for savings. This money
multiples rapidly and I am able to use it freely for anything I desire.
Before you begin to really reap the financial rewards of the Cosmos, it's
prudent to build a habit of saving part of your income. Money attracts money.

Automobile -
I have the means to acquire the car of my dreams (be specific if you want to).
The deposit and monthly payments are easy for me to meet and the car is in
perfect, new condition. This car has more than enough miles on it and uses minimal
gas and upkeep.
One of the bigger chunks of your paycheck often goes toward car payments,
gas, maintenance and such.

I take the time to show my friends I care about them. I am proud to say that I am
the type of friend that friends like to have!
Although each individual is different in character and also in the way they
interact with friends, they still must make the effort to care in their own ways.
It always takes two to clap. If one party does not make the effort, the
friendship cannot be sustained.
My friends bring fun, laughter and warmth to my life, and I cherish them all the
time. These little things in life make all of us alive.
Modern life has created more stresses, and it is the friends who will share that

I respect my friends, especially for who they are, and they also allow me the
freedom to be who I truly am.
It is inevitable that there may be differences in opinions and views between
people. Always agree to disagree. At the same time, no one may impose his

I love my family and I see them through eyes of love and passion.
My family is my Gift.
The family is the basic foundation to which every person is molded in
character and values.
My family is my rock, and I know I can always depend on them to watch my back.
Family members provide an unwavering support at all times, especially in
situations of crisis. As the saying goes, blood is always thicker than water.
I love and accept everyone in my family. We cherish each other.

It is in the setting of the family that a person's positive values are inculcated,
such as basic courtesy and respect, self-esteem and personal values.
Every family member is precious and I am incredibly blessed and fortunate to have
them around in my life. They are my inspiration for a happy life.
A family bonds together when there is ample fun and humor, despite the rigor
demands of life. A family that plays together stays together.

My parents are good role models and I endeavor to model after them for my
marriage to create my blissful family.
Families prosper only because they have strong bonds and have more fulfilling
relationships. These build up their resilience, and allowing each individual to
be positively steeped in firm beliefs and values for a more attuned connection
to the Cosmos.
The young and the old are all well taken care of in my family. We gain so much
wisdom from the old, and impart that to the young.
Families also prosper because no one is left out in the cold. The old imparts
their knowledge and wisdom, while the young absorbs it in the most positive
of upbringing. It is a collective environment of growth and development.
Partner
Dating -
My date and I are interested in each other and we maintain eye contact. We focus
on the attraction between us and we let each other know how we feel and think.
It can often be a nerve-wrecking prospect to go dating, especially if one is
socially awkward. Learn to be relaxed and considerate. The best tip - Smile.
Internet Dating -
The Universe conveys my positive feelings across the internet, and my date receives
it and feels the same way too. Our attraction shows in the encouraging and sincere

In this modern day, internet dating is now
quite pervasive among social circles. While
this makes dating much more easier, it also
opens up the avenues for misuse (scams,
abuse etc). Therefore prudence is always

The Cosmos highlights my attractiveness. I express myself with ease and attract my
partner to me. Our common interests, goals, attitudes and values draw us to each

Soulmate -
My soulmate and I focus on our journey together. We respect and love, and trust
and complete each other. We aspire towards a common goal.

My wedding day is the best day of my life. My love is my bliss and I can't wait to

In the realm of cosmic ordering, self-development is an aspect that is a lifelong

process in our lives. By itself, self-development raises self-awareness. At the same
time, among the things it develops, we get to know our strengths and weaknesses,
enhances our resilience and fine-tunes how we learn things.
By aligning on a more intimate basis with the Universe, we further enhance our
ordering ability, and fully come into our own to reap utmost abundance.

Strength
Decision-Making -
I am skilled at making decisions. My mind is powerful and I effectively work with all
information that the Universe has given me to make a sound decision.
While decision-making is one of the
most common abilities of human
consciousness, a lot of people are
actually unable to make sound
decisions due to various reasons.
Gratitude -
I feel an abundance of gratitude for everything that has happened to me. I am
grateful and joyful for the Universe's blessings in my life.
Start the day right by using a gratitude affirmation. It will open up the
Universal abundance for you to receive!
Helping Others -
I am a tool of the Cosmos and I am fully engaged with the positive energy to
develop the awareness and potential in both myself and others. My positive energy
radiates to those in need of my assistance.
No man is an island. We function in a society. When we do good for others, a
butterfly effect is created. The same goes for negative thoughts and actions.
So, by helping others, we literally make the world a better place for the self
and others.
Honor -
I defend myself and make myself heard. I deserve respect and my own rights.
For some reason or another, people love to humiliate to assert their
dominance over another. This kind of humiliation may leave a psychological
scar if one cannot manage it adequately.
Memory -
My memory serves me well. I re-collect mental information with ease. My mind
easily makes the correct connection in remembrance and recall.
Modern day now offers information in an alarming and overwhelming rate,
that the memory is overloaded and cannot retain information well. However,
most of the information is essentially useless and more pertaining to
consumerism. By using memory more optimally, essential information can be
handled easily and effectively.
Mindfulness -
I stay in the present moment and I am open to the experience of it. The good things
connect me to the Cosmos and I embrace it wholeheartedly.
Mindfulness is one of the long-used arts to maintain the consciousness of the
"present moment".
It is commonly practice early in the day, and also before bedtime.
Positivity -
Today is a good day. I choose abundance, happiness and success in my life. I am
strong, wise and calm each and every day.
Why is it so important to be positive all the time? For one simple reason - If
you're positive, you will attract things happy and positive into your life. That is
how success works. Like attracts like.
Reflection -
I am thankful to the Universe for the lessons I have learned. I permit myself to
reflect on the lessons and the blessings I received. I forgive myself for my mistakes,
and I forgive others for theirs.
Reflection is a critical part in the learning process and the journey of life. While
we usually learn by experience, we also learn from our mistakes and the whole
experience. When we reflect, we ask "What could I do differently?" or "Why
did that happen?". Because of this, we take steps to doing things better.
Self-Esteem -
I love and accept myself unconditionally. I respect others and receives respect in
turn. I deserve kindness and love from the Universe.
Self-esteem is defined as a person's beliefs, and is hugely determined by
culture and upbringing although not necessary through childhood. In essence,
self-esteem reflects how worthy you see yourself.
Spiritual Awakening -
I am open and receptive to the greater purpose of my life. My earthly existence
generates spiritual power to fuel my understanding and growth.
Spiritual awakening brings growth to the highest level. Once your clarity is
gained, your psychological and spiritual growth matures.
Time Management -
I command my priorities in life and I organize and manage them effectively. I always
get the urgent and more important things done first. My time is spent productively
and efficiently.
As with information, we find
ourselves in a frenzy, because
there are just so many things
pulling us in different directions.
Procrastination is also one big
factor in causing the block with
cosmic ordering.
Values -
I am committed to my core and personal values. My life is in balance with my
values. The same goes for my actions, behavior and goals.
Values are deeply held and significant beliefs. As we progress through life,
some may change. However the core values would essentially remain. These
values also determine how we do things and maintain our balance among the
Universe.
Weakness
Anger -
I express my emotions and feelings in a positive manner. I master my own
emotions. My confident response is my best foot forward in all situations.
Anger is one of the most destructive emotions ever. It disrupts the mind and
endangers the health.
Ego -
My self confidence leads me to success. I am mindful and willing to listen and learn.
I am steeped in reality and aware of what is going on around me.
To be confident along the positive self-development path, a healthy ego has to
be cultivated. This requires compassion and the ability to concede whenever
necessary.
Fear -
I respond with composure. I am calm and safe. My awareness allows me full
understanding of myself and my command assures me.
In conquering fears and phobias, we must always remember that it is usually
irrational and can be overcome.
Guilt -
I let go and strive to move forward in life to claim my greatest power. I face life with
a clear heart and open mind.
Many times, we beat ourselves up for the longest time, even though we
received forgiveness or absolution. Guilt is an inherent trait that should be
seen as a gift, so that we know the difference between what is right and not.
Laziness/Procrastination -
Realistic goals and timelines spur me on. The anticipated feelings of
accomplishment always motivate me to do my best. My rewards are my
inspiration!
Many factors may cause laziness, for instance, an unhealthy diet, inadequate
exercise etc. However, with proper management of lifestyle and goals, it is
entirely possible to turn things around!
Panic Attack -
I am in charge of my Self. I am the Master of my Self. I master my body and mental
functions.
Panic attacks are usually associated with stressful triggers or events. The
symptoms stress the human body with a difficulty in breathing, nausea, chest
pain, flushes and so on. It just feels so real and paralyzing.
Pressure -
I am relaxed in all life situations, and I effectively deal with challenges. Today is a
good day like tomorrow.
When life's pressures are too overwhelming, people can often crack. It is thus
important to learn to de-stress and live a better quality of life.
Worry -
I am strong and have the strength to manage my life. I think happy thoughts and
easily face up to everything in the world.
Problems are a constant in life. However, some people are unable to face up to
the challenges and started worrying and fearing about life.
