J857Cr (According with GB E8515-G, Corresponding with

AWS 12015-G)

Introduction: J857Cr is a kind of low-alloy high strength steel electrode with low-
hydrogen natrium type coating. DCRP (Direct Current Reversed Polarity). All-position
welding.

Uses: Used for welding pressure vessels made of low-alloy high strength steel with tensile
strength of about 830MPa and some other structures, such as 14CrMnMoVB, 30CrMo,
35CrMo, etc.

Instructions:

1.The electrodes must be baked under 350-400 for an hour before

welding, put into a 100-150 insulation can and taken as soon as they are
needed.

2. The stains on the weldments like rust must be cleared away, and the
weldments must be preheated to about 200.

3.Weldments can be tempered under 600-650 after welding so as to

eliminate internal stress.
J757Ni
(According with GB E7515-G,
Corresponding with AWS E11015-G)

Introduction: J757Ni is a kind of low-alloy high strength steel electrode

with low-hydrogen natrium type coating. The deposited metal has
excellent mechanical properties, and especially higher low temperature
impact toughness and excellent crack-resistance.

Uses: Mainly used for steel at corresponding strength grade, such as

14MnMoNbB, WEL-TEN80, etc.
