governments comprehensive peace process, is looking for additional staff who will work for a just and

(Learning and Development Officer)
Salary Grade SG 18
Position Item / Job Status Contract of Service (COS)
Facilitate HR program and initiatives on Learning and
Job Objective
Development (L&D) and provide technical support to the unit.
Key Result Areas Training and development, technical support
Bachelors Degree
Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years relevant experience
Eight (8) hours relevant training
1. Develop and implement HR workplan and programs on
Learning and Development:
a. Prepare L&D workplan, training calendar, and training
proposals.
b. Facilitate/Deliver technical and administrative
requirements for in-house and external trainings, local
and foreign scholarships.
c. Conduct basic orientation and refresher course for
employees on general office policies and procedures.
d. Conduct TNA and training evaluations.
e. Develop and maintain database of trainings for
Duties and Responsibilities monitoring and tracking.
2. Coordinate and facilitate with unit partners and other
stakeholders in the provision and/or implementation of HR
development interventions.
3. Draft/Review policies for participation and related matters on
L&D.
4. Prepare reports, policy papers, position papers, memoranda,
correspondences, and other official communications of the
HRMO and, as necessary, of the Office of Asec. for Support
Services.
5. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Asec. for
Support Services.
