Representative of the following company attended the Pre-Bid conference:

1) Har Kumar Barman
2) Debasish Dutta

As per the queries raised by the bidders during the Pre-bid conference regarding
submission of hard copies on 26.06.17, the date of submission of hard copies and
opening of Technical bid will be 27.06.17 as 26 th instant is a holiday..
The bidders were informed that the minutes of the Pre-Bid conference and amendments
Of the bidding forms shall be published on the website http;//wbtenclers.gov.in and
corrigendum, if any, will be issued shortly taking the decisions taken into account. The bidders
were also informed that they should also regularly visit the website for amendments issued.
In case of any further information / clarification, they may sent email and ask through

The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the representative of the bidder.
