Dear Sir/Madam:

Good day!

I am writing in connection with the "complete grades" requirement for the L.A.N.I
Scholarship. I do hereby inform you that I still have one grade pending, which is for the
subject Legal Profession (1 unit) with subject code LAW 8103 for the 1st Semester in
S.Y 2016-2017 wherein my Professor is Atty. Salvador Panelo.

It is of our knowledge that my Professor, Atty. Panelo is the Chief Legal Counsel of
our President Rodrigo Duterte. Hence, due to his consecutive appointments abroad
to accompany our dear President and for all other legal matters that he is busy
attending with, as well as other circumstances, he still hasn't given us our grade yet for
the said subject.

In fact, we, his students and the Dean's office already did several follow-ups with Atty.
Panelo and still doing so. Unfortunately, until now, we haven't receive the grade yet. And
we only meet with Atty. Panelo every Friday, 5 pm, but sometimes only his substitute is
present.

Thus, I am seeking for your wide understanding and kind consideration regarding this
matter. The L.A.N.I Scholarship is indeed an essential tool for me to continue my
dreams and studies.

In line with this, I am attaching herewith the sealed Copy of Grades issued by the
College of Law in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila as proof that I still haven't
receive my grade for the subject Legal Profession.
