2.2 The items that are stressed out during the inspections are as below: INFO
a) Wall
- alignments to be inspected
- to check if any hollow present
- ensure the wall is not dented
b) Columns
- Check on alignment
- Ensure the columns are even
- Tolerance accepted for the columns angle 300 for 4mm
- Ensure the columns are clean and free from dirt/dust
c) Ceiling
- Ensure the ceiling installed has no any hand prints on the
ceiling panel
- Alignments to be checked
- Tolerance
d) Door
- Ensure the door is not dented
- Ensure door is in good condition
- The knobs used ensure it is from good quality and function
ability.
- The door knob is not rusty and all the screws are in place
e) Toilets/Facilities

- Ensure the toilets has the designated space
- Ensure disabled toilets are more spacious than the normal
toilet.
f) M& E works
- Basic M&E works which comprises of sockets
- Must be properly sealed
- No visible damaged to the sockets
- Ensure no paint drop from the socket
- Ensure the function ability of the socket
- Face plate to properly tucked in
- Ensure no gaps visible around the socket installation.
g) External Facade
- No issues
h) Roofing
- Ensure the roof is either in landscape design or filled with
artificial stones
- Gondola- metal floor as finishing
- Avoid water ponding
- Gradients
The CIDB score are based on the percentage of principal, services and
