Timeline of the cause of extinction of Dodo Birds

In the year 1598 AD, Portuguese sailors landing on the shores of the island of Mauritius discovered a previously
unknown species of bird, the Dodo. Having been isolated by its island location from contact with humanity, the dodo
greeted the new visitors with a child-like innocence. The sailors mistook the gentle spirit of the dodo, and its lack of fear
of the new predators, as stupidity. They dubbed the bird "dodo" (meaning something similar to a simpleton in the
Portuguese tongue)

In 1651, a man found a dodo describing their reproductive system and stating that a dodo bird lays only one egg

In their lifetime which is one of the factors why they are gone extinct.

In 1693, the estimated extinction of dodo birds by Solow and Roberts and the date was not recognized until in the
19th century the people accepted that the dodo birds were gone extinct

The Oxford University link above states that the dodo was extinct by 1680, a fact that is echoed in many other
sources; however, scientists plotting the last known sightings of the bird on a graph suggest that the actual date is 10
years later than this estimate. On the other hand, as noted in the book, Lost Land of the Dodo: The Ecological
History of Mauritius, Runion and Rodrigues, one of the foremost texts on the bird and its demise, it states that the
last, accepted confirmed sighting of a live dodo fell many years before this in 1662.
In 1688, Another sighting outside of amber island was seen by a man named Johannes Lamotuis.

despite being one of the most famous extinct animals of all time, right up there with the wooly mammoth, no one
actually knows exactly what the dodo looked like. As noted in this article by the BBC, complete skeletons for the
animal are incredibly rare, one of the last was destroyed in a fire in 1755; hell, even the model in the natural history
museum is a composite of various specimens and theyre the people literally tasked with documenting and storing
animal remains.

The combination of human exploitation and introduced species significantly reduced dodo bird populations. Within
100 years of the arrival of humans on Mauritius, the once abundant dodo bird was a rare bird.

The last dodo bird was killed in 1681.

In 1865 dodo became popular because of extinction it was showed some of the movies like: Alice in wonder land,
Ice age and etc. And it was featured every animation movie they produced.
Some dodo birds bones were travelled in some places for historical attractions like in the museums and explained how they
extinct? What causes of their extinction and it can affect us in our daily life.

Some of the dodo birds bones were in the museum like in the American national History.

We should not kill animals because of the climate change that can affect us and to them they will die because of our
carelessness to them and we need to take care our own planet.

From good to worst planet and our wants and all of us need to cooperate of ourselves not just stating the fact what just
happened our planet we faced we must take action like cleaning the environment and also we must take care of the
animals especially to those who are endangered and close to extinction.
