Planning and Building Fees Grant Program

The Planning and Building Fees Grant Program offers a grant equal to the fees paid on
planning and development applications and building permits for building improve-
ment and construction projects that have taken advantage of the other incentive
programs available in the Project Area. The Planning and Building Fees Grant is equal Financial Incentive Programs
