EP Sign-up
Firstly, get an account from
http://myaiesec.net/
Inform your EP manager upon
completion of signing up.
Wait for approval.
 Click on Take GCDP or GIP

Choose Take
GCDP
Fill in the details that has a * mark
Click into professional information and
upload your CV here!
Proceed with Background and click
edit to fill in your details.
Fill in accordingly and click Save
Repeat the same step for Skills and
Languages.
If problem occurs in between whereby you
cant return to the page requiring you to fill
in the details:

Go to Homepage (click on My Experince)

Go to Take Global Community
Development Programme
Once youve done filling in, make sure
there is no * mark.
Click on Generate Form.
Copy your EP ID. Continue by filling in
the information needed.

EP ID
Fill in your Personal Preferences.
 Choose the region that you want to go for
Exchange (Its preferable to just click World in
order to be more flexible).
Done! Print screen this and send it via
email to your EP manager!

Go to Connect then click View
Internship Opportunities
Some vocabulary: TN means trainee nominee, which is
the project/company in another country.

Choose Global
Community
Click Development
show
You will see a list of countries (bolded) and AIESEC Local
Offices under the country
Just click on the box beside the country name which is bolded
(it will automatically help you to tick all the Local Offices
under the country)
Leave the Date as it is or choose the earliest start date
to be the beginning of 2013 and click search.
A list of forms will occurred. You can click inside to view the details.
*Please turn on the pop up function for your browser.
Click here. This is the ID number of
the TN form.
A window will pop up and all the details of the TN ID will be shown.
 You can check on the date here.
This is the ID number of the TN form.

This is the email address

You can check on the Job of the TN manager
description of the project here.
If you are interested in the project:

1) copy the TNID and TN managers email address.

2) Send an email to the TN manager, sample of email will be

showed in the next slide. Attach your EPID with the email.
*CC-ed your EP Buddy in all the email.

3) Always ask your EP Buddy if you have any question!

Tips:
You can send as many email as possible to all the
projects that you are interested in.
 Special case

If you have gotten the TN ID but do not know

how to look for the exact form in the system,
use the method shown in the next slide
Go to the same page (AIESEC Programmes GCDP Browse
Internship)

Cppy the TN ID and paste it here. Click

search.
You can see the form now. Click in and get more details about the
project.

You can view the project by

documents to proceed on, do inform your EP Buddy for
further guidance.
