Led Light Curbstone Installation Instruction:

Part I: LED curbstone Introduction:
(A)LED curbstone:
(1) Include 2 design, normal design and new design.
(2) Include straight curbs and curved curbs
(3) Each design has 3 different sizes: 500*150*200mm,
500*150*250mm, 500*150*300mm, and each has curved Curbs.

Part II: LED curbstone Installation:

(A), Prepare Phase: Make every curbs ready for construction.

(B), Construction Phase: Install the complete LED curbs on the road side.
1, You should fix the steel plates on the bottom of each curbs, and fix the LED curb
on the ground with steel bolts by the electric drill. Of course, to make the steel plates
into the concrete and bolt it on ground, the led curbs will fixed firmly on road side
after the concrete get dried.

2, Normally the led curbstone is installed on the roadsides, and the walkway is higher
than the drive way. The curbstone back side with LED and cable is covered by
concrete, and the curbstone upper side is same level as the walkway.

Tips: (1),The concrete composition of 1Xcement, 2X sand and 3X gravel stones.

(2), Try to make the floor be same lever and put the led curbs in line, so it will
look much better.
(3). After first installed, you need to seal the gap well between the curbs and the
road side section by concrete, thus rain and water will not flow inside, and it will be
much stronger.
(4). Make a slope by concrete,thus it can let the water or rain flow away,to keep the
water away from the curbs.

3, At the corner and curve place, you need install the small curved curb, which is half
long of the standard size curb. The small curb makes the curve way and corner turn
direction gradually and smoothly.

4, The Cable should be buried in the earth, not exposed under the sun. Thus protecting
the cable from rainwater and strong sunshine, and not damaged by other things on the
walkway. And connect the cable to the 12V power supply which is connected with the
power source.

Note: The 12V power supply makes local electric power 220V to 12V (Input 220V
and output 12V), so it is no danger to people while installing the led curbstone. (very
important!!!)
The 12V power supply should be put in an electric swift box, near power source, thus
making sure the security and working steadily for many years and easy for
maintenance.
Tip: Normally it only needs one 12V power supply for 100pcs LED curbstone of new
design. And one 12V power supply for 120pcs LED curbstone of normal design.
5. All the LED curbs are installed by parallel linking way, so each lighting curb will
be a separate unit on working, if one LED curb is no working, it will not affect other
curbs lighting, Also it helps to do maintenance faster and easier.
6, Maintenance:
Maintenance is easy, you just need to replace the LED light through the sealed rear
hole, which is waterproof for the curb, no rain water can go into the curbs. After you
replace the led light, you need to seal the cover again.
