Summary
Hermosa Beach real estate activity in July resulted in a $13,500 increase in the median sales price while net listings improved
13.2%. However, total closed escrows dropped by 42% while the sales-listing ratio decreased 48.9%. Year-over-year months of
inventory data point held constant at 2.0.

In June, C.A.R. reported With active listings 13.5 percent lower than last June, weve now experienced a full two years in
which active listings have fallen on a year-over-year basis and the lowest inventory level this year. Would-be sellers arent
listing their homes as many of them would also face an inventory challenge if they were to turn around and buy another
