and 3G cell sites to 4G across VA, MD and DC as well as modernization of T-Mobile GSM, WCDMA
and HSPA sites prior to launch of LTE with Release 10 capable hardware. Held responsibility for
managing construction SPs and ASPs

Supported the successful completion of. 2 major water and waste engineering projects, leading teams
and contractors, assessing project requirements, developing strategies to ensure timely completions
within budgets and to expected levels of quality.
Closely monitored contractor works including excavations, water mains replacement,
connections, sewer mains and sewer house laterals.
Directed asphalt pavement rehabilitation on a four lane road, including overseeing approved
temporary traffic control implementation and adherence to Safety Construction Practice,
Managed rehabilitation of storm drains, sidewalks, street lighting and markings, along with
coordinating with utility companies on ongoing works to protect existing underground and over
ground utilities.
Verify contractors QA/QC and Safety Plans, ensuring all works and materials incorporated into
the project comply with the approved QA/QC Plan and contractual requirements.
Successfully supervised installation of complex water distribution and sewer collection
system including directional tunneling for 16 carrier DIP within a 48 steel casing.
