CN and background where she come from and her life as a whole.

PERSONAL DETAILS

I am Anele Celiwe Nolwazi Sinqobile Mathenjwa, I am

a female, Im twenty three years old and Im single.
Was born and grew up in KwaZulu-Natal province at
Ingwavuma (Ekuhlehleni area) Ingwavuma is in a rural
areas. I was born in nineteen ninety three (1993) July
thirty one (31) at Mosvold Hospital at Ngwavuma.

SCHOOL DETAILS

As I grew up in at Ngwavuma, I started schooling Mboyi crche in nineteen ninety

eight (1998) doing grade one and in nineteen ninety nine (1999) doing grade one, in
year two thousand (2000) went to Ekuhlehleni Primary School starting from grade
two up to grade seven in two thousand and five (2005) passed and in two thousand
and six (2006) went to Manyiseni area to start grade eight at Inkosi Sibhamu High
School until grade twelve in two thousand and eleven (2011) and passed matric with
Higher Certificate (H).

In two thousand and twelve went to Jozini to repeat grade twelve (matric) at
Amandlethu Junior School, I passed and obtain the bachelors degree (B).
Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) to two thousand and sixteen (2016) was
stdying at Umfolozi TVET College at Mandeni Township in KwaZulu-Natal doing
Education and Development in Early Childhood Development in National Certificate
Vocational (NCV).

This year studying at Tshwane University of Technology in Gauteng Province doing

Bachelor of Education in Further Education and Training (FET) with the following
major subjects: Mathematical literacy, Computer Application Technology and Life
Orientation.

WORK EXPIRIENCE

I was working at Umkhanyakude Municipality in two thousand and thirteen (2013)

working with community by doing the profiling in the community for a period of three
months (from January to March), in April was working at Mandeni Township at
Sithebe in a factory of garments (clothes), the name of the factory is Distinctive
Choice working in the Dispatch Department

IN A FACTORY
TEACHING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

As a student teacher I experience m any challenges during teaching practice, the

teaching practise was six weeks, In my first year at Tshwane University of
Technology I was practising at KwaZulu-Natal Province at Ngwavuma, Inkosi
Sibhamu High School, teaching grade ten to twelve the Mathematical Literacy and
Life Orientation.

In teaching you need to have passion as we teach a multidimensional or multicultural

from different background, teaching need love, each career you have to do with love.

Effective communication skill is important so that it can be easy to communicate with

people around you (learners, your colleagues and parents) and in the community as
whole. Some learner they cope from us as we teach them, we played a vital role in
their lives, we are role model to them, the following characteristics is needed if you
are working with people: loyalty, respect, kindness.

Choosing teaching as my career suit my personality trait, I am an extroverted I like to

talk and to assist people from different challenges or situation, I am openness, I like
to work with people more especial learners, teaching them educationally and life as a
whole ( spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological).
THE RELATIONSHIP WITH LEARNERS

I spent most of time with learners to help the in different ways: how to study, which
challenges they faced with different teachers?, which subjects that gives them a
challenge or difficulties?

During the time studying at college we were doing the intelligences practically, the
intelligence that I was doing practical is BODILY/KINESTHETIC/TACTILE
INTELLIGENCE

Bodily intelligence deals with the movement of the body, people who are intelligent in
sports, dancing etc.

TEACHING & PHILOSOPHY

Teaching need to have passion, love, skills such as communication skill, in order to
be a successful there are characteristics that you need to have, as a student teacher
who trained to be a professional teacher I learned on how to be an effective teacher
the following assist to be an effective teacher and effective teaching and a
competence teacher. The teacher should able to adapt in every changes in the
educational field.

The teacher is a curriculum developer this simply shows that if you are a
teacher you have to understand the content and standard and the changes of
the curriculum so that you can teach an accurate information to learners and
the content changed now and then.
A specialist in teaching and learning, you have to ensure that as a teacher you
use the different teaching method and resources.
The leader, administrator and manager, be a role model in you learners by
managing you class, keeping the records of the learner assessment and the
attendance of the learners.
A scholar, researcher and lifelong learner, continuous professional
development for the teacher to stay focused with the changes in technology,
strategies and techniques that can facilitate learners learning, as a teacher
you have to attend conference, workshops, internet to find more information
so that effective teaching and learning can take place.

Good learning takes place when a teacher uses the different teaching methods
and accommodates all the learning style of their learners, using real objects,
graphs, and media such as videos, audios and pictures.
As a teacher we must be able to use the technology as we are living in different
areas where in our days most school uses e-learning.

I choose teaching because I love it, I have passion, bringing back the knowledge
in our community and to full my dreams. Advice to all people let choose the
career that suits our personality and that we have the love of it, get career adviser
and ask which career is best for you self this assist us to have love and being
passionate to our chosen career. I am a star a future professional
teacher
