Architect Shyam Singh

An Architect by profession and has an extensive experience in the government projects

and Project management. As a sub-consultant to AMRAPALI , TDI, CCS, ENARCH,
managed a number of government project in a very wide range of spectrum including
designing, tendering, working drawing and site coordination.

One aspect that was required by the clients was of project management. To reinforce this
skill, he joined a real estate group as a Project Architect at Site. The Project that he chose
to work was in precast and that requires tremendous coordination at site, with consultant
and factory. This four years experience in the precast project developed proficiency in
design as well as project management. Thus, now, we offers comprehensive services to
the clients from designing to completion to ensure quality in the project.

TECHNOLOGY AND FLAT SLAB
SYSTEM. More than 300 villas are
completed using conventional
construction system. Other Buildings that
are part of the project includes

Shopping Complex and a hospital.
Project has for phases with a total Built
Up Area of 1.75 Crore Sq. ft.
