Scope and Responsibility

Your primary task is to assist us in rendering consultancy and assurance services to clients that
may be assigned to you.

We will require you to render at least forty-eight (48) hours a week. The expected output and the
timeline for each client engagement shall be made known to you at the start thereof.

Engagement Fee

You shall be entitled to fifteen percent (15%) of the gross engagement fee billed to each client
assigned to you. The corresponding expenses for every engagement, including but not limited to
transportation, accommodation and meals, shall be shouldered by this Firm.

Client payments shall be made directly to the Firm, but we shall accordingly deposit your share
after the completion of each engagement.
