You cant apply for the online Transfer in case both employers digital signature not available

STEP-6 :- Go To :- Click Here To Login
 STEP-7 :- Go To :- Click Here To Register
The Member's who has already registered for the E-passbook, can use the same details here.
 STEP-8 :- Go To :- Registration Process

Enter Mobile Number for Registration

Select Date of Birth

Select any one Identity Proof Document

Enter Number as on Document Pan Card, AADHAR, Voter ID,
Driving License, Bank Account Number
Enter Name as on Document
Passport Number, Ration Card Number etc.
Enter Your Email Address

Enter Special Code displayed in Textbox

Click on GET PIN button to get authorization PIN on given mobile number via SMS

Click on I Agree check box

Click on Submit button

Enter PIN received by
SMS
 STEP-9 :- Go To :- Member Login

Once the registration is completed then re-open the member portal Login
Page and give the Login Detail for Login

STEP-10 :- Go To :- Request For Transfer of Account
STEP-11:- Go To :- Filled up the mandatory details
STEP-12 :- Go To :- Select Previous Employer for Attestation
