Headquartered in Aligarh, 90 miles from National Capital Territory of Delhi,

India, the business is today run with a dedicated workforce of almost 200

employees including the management and non-management staff.

The company started its operations around 35 years ago with the name Kay Bee

Enterprises and majorly supplied Brass Artware products such as Animals,

Birds, Bells & Statues. A few years later, it then entered into the European

market offering Builders hardware products in Malleable Iron and Forged Brass

and has been consistent in supplying quality products to the buyers till date. In

the early nineties, the company started exporting HVAC products in a variety of

materials to some of the reputed companies based in North America. However

the learning curve took a leap for the company when it started manufacturing

and exporting Solid Bronze & Brass products to the same market in the late

nineties.

Research & Development :

We have a team of around 10 people involved in the development of new
products and continuously strive to bring advancement in the existing
operational process in order to optimize capacity, costs and work flows.

Skilled Auto-cad and Solid-works designers create 3D models which are then
passed to the Tool Room. The CNC Vertical Machining Center is then used to
make hot-forging dies, metal fabrication dies & intricate detailed patterns. The
patterns and dies are saved in the pattern library with a unique code for future
references.

The department specializes in developing any new product with an approximate

information on cost within 48 hours.

At every step of the manufacturing process, we try our level best to
implement practices that could enhance the quality of our products.
The products go through 4 stages of checking: - Post Casting - Post
Machining - Post Finishing - Post Assembly
The Quality Control Department has an in-house Lab comprising of
several chemical & mechanical testings such as Spectrometer, Salt-Spray
Testing, Acetone Tub Test etc.
