1. Brin a lar e pot of li htly salted water to a boil. Cook the lasa ne sheets for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al
dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, place the chicken in a saucepan with just enou h water to cover and brin to a boil. Cook for 20
minutes, or until no lon er pink and juices run clear. Remove from saucepan and shred.
3. Preheat oven to 180 de rees C. Dissolve the stock cube in the hot water. In a lar e bowl, mix the chicken with Chicken Pasta
