ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The success of this project feasibility is not possible without the constant

guidance and support received coupled with the proponents sleepless nights,

and laborious days that contributed to the fulfillment of the study. They would like

to express their heartfelt gratitude and commendation to the following significant

individuals for generously sharing them their expertise.

First, to the Most Holy Trinity, for the graces and wisdom showered upon

the proponents. Without His benevolence and guidance, they would not have

been able to withstand the pressure obstacles during the accomplishment of this

work.

To Dr. Victoria L. Digao, CPA, the proponents most supportive and ever

dynamic adviser, her inputs and guidance have mainly improved the study. Her

magnanimous understanding, bountiful efforts, and sensible suggestions and

recommendations have helped the proponents throughout the study.

To the Head of Different Government Offices for answering the queries

of the proponents about legal matters and furnishing the proponents with the

documents needed for the study.

To the Proponents Parents who have financially, physically and

emotionally helped them. They would like to especially thank the parents of one

of their teammate, Mr. and Mrs. Clemente Bayno for generously accommodating

the proponents in their home during their group work. Their generous support

has sustained them in the making of this study.

iii

To Ms. Mikee T. Cubio who have unselfishly proofread the work of the

proponents. Her contribution has improved the text of the book grammatically.

To the Respondents, for sharing their time in answering the survey

questionnaires by providing the vital information needed for the study.
