To roll the BCCH:

ZERM:BTS=####,TRX=##:PREF=N; - Enter the TRX with the BCCH. The "P" will disappear
from the BBCH TRX
ZEQS:BTS=####:L:FHO,120; - Lock sector
ZEQS:BTS=####:U; - Unlock sector. Now BCCH will be on the other TRX
ZERM:BTS=####,TRX=##:PREF=P; - Enter original BCCH TRX from step 1. Now a "P" will
reappear
