A) Yes, you can activate the pack via the following options
- Calling up the call center
- MyVF App or www.vodafone.in

Your international roaming service needs to be active though. Applicable outgoing charges would apply

2) Can I select any network and avail the discount benefits when I travel overseas?
A) No, the offer benefits are applicable only basis the pack you activate and the country/operator specified.

3) What is the TAT for activation of the International Roaming packs?

B) The TAT is 30 mins.

All pack activations will be basis Indian Standard Time (IST)
Benefits of the IR packs will be applicable till 23:59 hrs IST of the day from the time of activation. i.e.
date/s you choose the pack for
- For e.g. i-RoamFREE 1 day pack - If you requested for i-RoamFREE pack at 15:00 hrs IST on the 1st of
April, you start availing pack benefits immediately on receipt of the activation confirmation SMS
(approx. 30 mins after request). Benefits will be applicable till 23:59 hrs IST on the 1st of April.
- i-RoamFREE 2 day pack - If you requested for I-ROAMFREE2 pack at 15:00 hrs IST on the 1st of April,
you start availing pack benefits immediately on receipt of the activation confirmation SMS (approx. 30
mins after request). Benefits will be applicable till 23:59 hrs IST on the 2nd of April.
- You will start enjoying discount early and same will end early too. Pack expiry date will always be
23:59:59 Hrs. IST of last pack validity day.
If you are in UAE (1.5 Hrs. behind IST) & opting for a 5 day validity IR pack on 1st April 20:00 Hrs.
UAE time. (21:30 Hrs. IST).example
Expiry date of pack will be 5th April 22:29:59 UAE time (23:59:59 IST), if you are is still in UAE,
you will get discount up to 22:29:59 Hrs. UAE local time.

For activation of International Roaming packs, International Roaming (IR) service activation is
mandatory.
International Roaming pack benefits are not applicable for premium rate numbers / special codes /
Maritime / Satellite / Ship Cruise or Inmarsat. Calls to premium rate numbers or special numbers /
special codes / Maritime / Satellite / Ship Cruise or Inmarsat will be charged at the rates charged by the
visited network with an additional surcharge of 15%
 If you are an iPhone or iPad user, then the APN settings need to be manually changed. For you to be able to
use the iPhone or iPad device while roaming Nationally or Internationally, you would need to manually change
the APN settings in your device to IPHONE instead of WWW. The path to change the settings manually is
as follows.
