Programmatic Space Requirement June 16, 2017

The Indian Information Technology (IT) industry has been one of the drivers of skill-oriented employment in
the country for several decades now. While most IT firms have been doing work that is supportive in nature
to the core innovation that has been taking place in the West, recent upheavals due to US laws are making
India IT firms feel the need to begin innovative programming.

Programmers are software engineers who engage in translating an idea into a workable interface on our
communication devices, be they cell phones or computers. However, the idea that needs to be translated
is, perhaps, the most important since it needs to be saleable to generate income for the company.

Simultaneously, a companys profits also come from programming other companies ideas into workable
interfaces for the device users. Hence, the support role as well as the creative ideation are important for
the survival of a software company.

The present project aims to provide infrastructure for one such software company (you may assume the
name of the companywhether existing or fictitious) in India. The creative and the programming areas are
the primary departments. All other departments are support departments.

Hence, for the sake of our studio project the structure of the company beginning from the locally stationed
executive would be as follows:

EXECUTIVE

1) Programming
2) Administration
3) Accounts
4) Sales
