Objective
Evaluate the quality of software/system developed as solutions in an organization/company using the
criteria on the rating sheet: Note: The evaluation of the system/software will focus on maintenance
and transactions only
Evaluate the knowledge and understanding of the students on the system of the study
Evaluate the technical writing skills of the students
Panel Guidelines
1. Strictly follow the specified schedule. Questions shall be entertained after the presentation.
(Clarifications maybe asked during presentation.)
Setup . 5 mins
Presentation . 25 mins (10 mins PPT and 15 mins System Walkthrough)
Q&A 40 mins
Deliberation & Wrap-up... 5 mins
TOTAL 75 mins
3. Excess setup time shall be deducted from the presentation time. Unconsumed presentation time shall
be added to the Q&A.
6. The panelist will also give grade to each member of the group based on presentation and Q&A.
Individual Grade: Expressed in percentage (e.g. 85, 80, 75, 70)
7. NO REDEFENSE (requirements of the panelist must be delivered by the group on the Final Defense).
8. The grades given by the panelists shall be final.
9. Panel members shall submit fully accomplished and signed rating sheet to the DIT Chairperson right
after the defense session.
BREAKDOWN OF POINTS (1 copy for the whole class)
Points given will be based on how the group presents their system, reply to questions and the overall
presentation skills of each members of the group.
