design procedure [c]
2- Ability to carry out data collection and analysis to estimate production volume
and product specifications [e, k]
3- Ability to design manufacturing process, specify technologies and equipment[c]
4- Ability to find the capacity (machines and labors) [c, e, k]
5- Understanding material handling and flow methods and equipment and the MH
selection process [c, k]
6- Understanding material flow analysis techniques [c]
7- Capability to design facility layout [c, e, k]
8- Understanding the various facility departments (services and production)
relationship [c]
9- Capably to develop space determination and area allocation [c]
10- Capability to carry evaluation techniques [c]
11- Understanding facility layout planning methods and computerized layout planning
[c, e, k]
12- Capability to construct layout and use CAD as facility design tool[c]
13- Capability to analyze location problems and site selection [c, e, k]
14- Capability to work within facility design team [c, g]
15- Capability to communicate with industry , reporting and evaluating industrial
facility [c, g, i]
