depose and say that:

1. I am the absolute owner and possessor of a certain parcel of land situated at

Ganao, Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya with an area of FORTY SEVEN
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (47,733) SQUARE METERS

24378;

2. The above-named lot is not a retention or part of a retention area;

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of my foregoing statements

and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
