This is an End User License Agreement (EULA) between the end user (You) and Missy Meyer (Designer). Please
read this Agreement carefully. By downloading and/or installing this font software, you are agreeing to the
terms of this license.

The download of one (1) license grants one (1) user the right to use a copy of the font software. You may
install this font software on up to three (3) devices. Work computers are not included unless you work from
home. A copy may be made for archival purposes. This software is copyrighted and contains intellectual
property information protected by law. You are not allowed to reproduce, sell, transfer, license, give away or
otherwise distribute the font software in any form. If more than one (1) user will be using the font software,
they must acquire the original font software, with this EULA included, from an authorized source.

*This free font may not be re-posted on any other website, included in any collection or bundle, without
express written authorization from Designer.

Commercial Use
You may use the font software to create an unlimited variety of end products for yourself or for a client. End
products include, but are not limited to: rasterized digital images (JPG, GIF, PNG, etc.), graphic designs (logos,
signs, etc.) and products (mugs, t-shirts, hats, stationery, calendars, etc.). Products may be sold for profit as
long as the letters are not the main selling point of your product (such as house numbers or a set of alphabet
stamps). You may brand your business or a clients business with this font, but if the client would like the font
to use on their own computers, they must acquire their own license. If you plan on selling more than 10,000
of any one end product, or if your branding will have more than 10,000 monthly views, an extended license is
required. If you have a question about a specific end product, please dont hesitate to email me to ask!

Additional License Agreements

You are not authorized to use this font software for any of the following formats:

Large-Scale Product Lines/Branding (more than 10,000 copies of any one end product, or branding with
10,000+ monthly views)
Broadcasting (TV, movies, online videos, video games, commercials, etc.)
Web (embedding the font file itself in a website, or use with @font-face in CSS)
Apps/Programs (for PC, Mac, iOS, Android, or any other system)
Customized Product Interface (embedding a font so that your customers can customize products to buy)

If you wish to use this font software for one of these formats, please contact me to discuss a supplemental
license that will cover your specific needs.

Third Party Use

You may provide the font to a graphic designer, printer or other service bureau that is working on your behalf
only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this license, and retain no
copies of the font on completion of the work.
Ownership
This font software is copyrighted and contains intellectual property information protected by the laws of the
United States of America, by the copyright and design laws of other nations, and by international treaties. Any
copyright and other rights belong to Designer. This agreement does not give you the copyright to the design
of the font software; only the rights to use the font as described in this license.

Embedding
Embedding of the font software on websites or in software/programs/applications is not allowed with this
license. If you are interested in licensing for a website, email me. Embedding into documents (such as a PDF)
is permitted, provided you take adequate steps to secure the files from unlicensed users.

Modification of Font Software

You are allowed to modify the Font Software for personal and business use under the following conditions:

A. You may not distribute, reproduce, sell, transfer, or give away your adaptations without Designers
consent.

B. Each user that has access to the modified font software shall still count as one of your allowed
number of users.

C. You may not make, authorize, or commission a third party to make customized versions of the font
software without the written consent of Designer. Alterations to outlines for the use of logos and design
elements are not considered to be a modification of font software, and are permitted.

D. You may not convert the original OTF or TTF font software file format to another format without
express written consent from Designer. Even with conversion permission, other formats may also require a
supplemental license to use.

Termination
Designer has the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
Upon termination you must destroy the original and any copies of the font software and documentation.

Disclaimer and Warranty

Designer makes no warranties expressed or implied as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
otherwise. Without limiting the aforementioned, Designer shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential, or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption,
and loss of business information, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. All implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose are specifically excluded and disclaimed. Some
states/countries do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights which may
vary from state/country. Designer shall not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any general,
special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other damages arising out of the use of the font software.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions of limitations related to purchases by consumers. To the
greatest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties or exclusions not effectively excluded by this
License are limited to thirty (30) days. Designer reserves the right to decline to license this font software to
any party at Designers sole discretion.
