Description
LINE and GRADE SURVEYOR
Doing the survey work under the direction and guidance of the Chief of
Surveyor
Establishing primary horizontal and vertical control points including
reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field.
Recording measurements, rod readings, and calculations in field books as the
work progresses.
Coordinating with the Contractor's surveyor on work priorities and schedules.
Checking the work by competing traverse closures and bench circuits.
Reporting discrepancies or technical problems to the Resident Engineer.
Jointly measuring the completed work for payment.
Checking completed work for conformance to the line and grade required by the
project plans in coordination with the inspector assigned to that item of work.
Checking the Contractor's setting out to verify execution and accuracy.
Preferably Geodetic or civil Engineer with 3 years experience in high rise
building.
Can operate surveying instrument such as Total Station, Theodolite, Auto
Level, Cross Line Laser.
Knowledge in AUTOCAD.
Requirements
Male or Female Licensed Geodetic Engineer 3 years relevant experienced.
