Point of Clarification:
"King uses legal verbiage, which he believes will make him look like he is above all others."
So Im a prep-school educated lawyer with an Undergrad in Communication. I am supposed to speak
like a thug then because Im black? The fact is, we are in a legal environment that Kristina created.
Simple fact is, I only know her in a legal context because we were never friends even before she
killed our dog. I graduated from a top-50 law school1 and still work in legal environments with
lawyers, so I don't know for some reason legal verbiage defines our discourse. The Medium is the
Message.

"It is just another attempt to inflate his ego to others."

This is completely insipid. If she read my Mortgage Movies Journal Page she would know that none of
us are truly important. We are all pawns to the Big Banks who launder Mexican Drug Money. At any
rate I am not important, I merely interview people who are less unimportant than me, like the next
Mayor of Seattle, a former Mayor of Seattle and the King County Sheriff. Recall that Sheriff Urquhart
had to change his schedule on our second interview because of this ridiculous attempt to silence me.

1My law school was, and is in fact ranked higher than the one from which His Honor earned his law
degree, and thats a fact, too.

STATEMENT FROM LIVIS MOM, ELISA BRONSTEIN

October 14, 2017

The Honorable Jeffrey D. Goodwin

Snohomish County Court- South Division
20520 68th Ave. W
Lynnwood, Wa 98036
Case Number: U17-73

Dear Judge Goodwin,

My name is Elisa Bronstein. Livis co-owner (mother). I am writing to discuss some of the
outlined points Ms. Amlak/Robinson raised in her brief.

I am aware of the majority of communication, messages, posts etc. shared by Mr. King in
regards to the death of our dog, Livi. With that, I would like to take the time to say that Mr.
King has never made any threats towards Amlak or her family. He has vowed to be vocal
about our incredibly unfortunate tragedy in an effort to keep others fur babies safe. I was
present at City Hall early on when Mr. King directly told Kristinas husband that he would
censor their children out of any photographs when he shot them in public places and to my
knowledge he has never strayed from his explicit promise even though he probably could
post her children legally. You must realize, if the others whose animal sustained injuries
caused while in Ms. Amlaks negligent care had been public about it- Our Livi would likely
still be with us today.

Mr. King has never obsessively stalked or harassed anyone. He has been vocal well within
his First Amendment rights on community forums and facebook pages. Although my
approach may have been a quieter route, ultimately, he has done no wrong. It seems Ms.
Amlak has succeeded yet again at spreading her delusions and calling them truth. For
example, we have an email from Attorney Adam P. Karp, dated January 10, 2017. This was
fully two (2) weeks after her dogs killed Livi yet it is clear that Attorney Karp still has no
information and we had no information to give him.

Thanks for sending. I spoke to her today.

takes time.

Ms. Amlak sent a rambling deluge of messages the night of Livis death. Most of it was
gibberish and focused about her husband taking their four dogs to have them euthanized
immediately. There was never so much as a follow up a few days later to see how we were
doing or anything.

The lack of respect the Amlaks display for others is appalling. The absence of a formal
apology, card, phone call, flowers or any other decent touch-base following a completely at-
fault accident like this only speaks to support that notion.

Further, Ms. Amlak states we were briefly friends. I completely disagree with that
statement. To support that, I can attest to the fact that I knew of Ms. Amlak via my artists co-
op. She stopped in and met my business partner, who gave Ms. Amlak my phone number to
contact me regarding some custom art she wanted to purchase via my shop. She was a
customer. Just the same as Mr. King and I were paying clients of hers.

At no time have the four of us, or any two of us shared a social exchange anywhere or
anytime. We were not friends at all. The discussion about troublesome neighbors happened
one time when I went to retrieve Livi from her unlicensed home kennel one day but of
course she never mentioned that those neighbors had won a Court action against her for
Stalking or Harassment from you just months earlier. Ms. Amlaks dissociation with reality
makes her think because we talked about her neighbors in a glancing way that I somehow
supported her or that we were doing anything other than exchanging common banter. The
words of Animal Control Officer Elena McKee, finding her to be an habitual liar, are clearly
relevant. She lied to me and she lied to Mr. King and she lied to City Hall about many
relevant things, including not leaving dogs unattended. Leaving dogs unattended is why Livi
was killed. You cannot trust anything she says about being threatened now or about how
she ran her business and Livi and our family paid the Ultimate Price.

Lastly, Ms. Amlak is trying to put on a nice face for this Court but last winter she
looked me straight in the eye at a City Hall meeting. She smirked at me and mouthed
the words

So Sad.

Mr. King caught it from the corner of his eye and both of us were completely
disgusted.

I hope you will take my words into account as you move forward with this case.

Sincerely,

/s/Elisa A. Bronstein
