Building Surveys: Vistas certified team has performed numerous comprehensive hazardous materials
(HazMat) surveys. We will identify HazMat including materials with asbestos, lead, mold, universal wastes,
polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and other chemicals. Vistas staff also conducts investigating subsurface
asbestos piping, LEED indoor air quality, contaminated building materials and soils. Our mold and water
intrusion assessments are conducted utilizing infrared (IR) cameras which allow building defects such as
water intrusion, heat loss, and active mold growth to be quickly delineated without any damage to the
finishes.

Remediation Design Services: Our ability to understand all facets of architectural design drawings from
demolition to new construction enables us to develop hazardous materials drawings and specifications to
meet our clients needs and to fit the unique requirements of each project. Our certified HazMat design and
cost estimating staff have experience working with construction management firms, architects, engineers,
and other environmental professionals.

Management of Remediation Projects: The abatement oversight services provided by Vistas certified team
include daily monitoring, on-site air sample analysis, contractor observation, laboratory analysis, daily
documentation, meeting attendance, project management, clearance sampling and closeout report
preparation. Successfully working on over 1,000 remediation projects has given our certified staff extensive
experience with contractors and regulatory agencies. This knowledge has helped us team with the owners
representatives and other team members to keep HazMat-related change orders nearly non-existent, and
bring in the projects safely, on-time and on-budg
