Revelation 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him
that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the
stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Revelation 3:5-6 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not
blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before

Revelation 3:12-13 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall
go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God,
which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon
him my new name. (13) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 3:21-22 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also
overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. (22) He that hath an ear, let him hear
what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Hallelujah!

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
You will do yourselves a lot of good if you listen to the word of God because the Spirit speaks to the
church.
Him that overcometh
Overcometh what? What does He want us to overcome again?

1. DEVIL?
The Bible tells us that Jesus Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning
fall from heaven. Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and
scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Then again the Bible says Colossians 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers,
he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Then He gave us the authority
over the devils. They have been overcome.
2. WORLD?
Jesus said John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace.
In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
He overcame the world. So we dont have to overcome.
3. FLESH?
The Bible says Galatians 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the
affections and lusts. We dont need to try to overcome the flesh because we have overcome
already.

To the 7 churches He said to him that overcometh. What does He want us to overcome?

1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also
called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

It is a fight of faith. Its what the Master wants us to overcome. To fight the good fight of faith.
All we have to fight is a fight of faith. Whether or not your faith will triumph all we have is a

fight of faith. The devil is being defeated, the world has been overcome and the flesh has been
crucified. Whats left? The appropriation of what the master has already done to our lives.

Here is where the problem is. Seeing what He has given you in spite of everything that your senses
can perceive. Holding on to that which He has given you in spite of sensory evidence. Here is the
fight of faith. When we talk about changing hopeless situations what you dont know is that God
is not at all troubled with your desire to change a situation in life that you have found yourself that
you dont like. The truth is He is actually watching to see you change that situation. He actually
wants you to do something about it. When you successfully do something about it and change that
situation you are honoured. God honours you for your triumph of faith. God is happy to see you in
the case you are today. Because He knows that you can actually change the situation and by
changing it you are actually honoured for it. Your spiritual promotions are based on these things. 7
times we read it. He that overcometh I will do this.. He that overcometh.. He that overcometh..

Here you are wanting to have a child and God is waiting for you to overcome that situation. Here
you are 5 years no job and God is waiting to see you change that situation. He wants you to. Here
you are with some doctors report that shows that something is wrong with your body. But you
have come to a large place already you have come to a wealthy place. (Psalm 18:19) The lines
are fallen unto you in pleasant places.
(Psalm 16:6) You are here now. You have
arrived. In the place of change. God wants
to see you change that situation. You may
not realise until you study the word of God
that God really wants us to do something
about our lives. Where ever you are today
its your responsibility to move to a higher
level. A lot of time we think God is going to
bring us there. I want you to know that in
the mind of God you are already in the best
place you could ever be in your life. And
now its up to you to work your way there
and meet Him at the point of faith.

Understand this!

God doesnt know that you cannot have a baby.

God doesnt know that you have migraine headaches.
God doesnt know that you dont have money. He does not
know!

You say There is nothing that God doesnt know! You just
found out. He doesnt know.

He is not aware! God doesnt know that you cannot stop

smoking.

He doesnt know that you cannot stop telling lies.

Gods word is Gods light. The Bible tells that God dwells
in the light that no man can approach unto. (1 Timothy 6:16)

1 Timothy 6:13-16 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before
Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; (14) That thou keep this
commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: (15)
Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and
Lord of lords; (16) Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach
unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

He is the only one who has immortality dwelling in the light. The light which no man can approach
unto and whom no man has seen nor can see. As He dwells in that light no man can see Him. Why
is it that no man can see Him?
Everyone living the life of a man cannot see Him. But everyone that lives the divine life of faith
can see Him.

The Bible says that faith works by love. John says one who walks in love has seen God.

The one who doesnt walk in it cannot see God. Why? Because the light is blinding the man. Man
cannot see the glory of that light. He cannot! As long as he talks as a man as long as he walks like
a man he cannot see Christ. For Christ dwells in immortality. The glory of the light which no man
can approach unto. The light is the word of God.

For the word of God is light. As long as you live like a man you will not see the word. Because
the word transforms you.

The Bible says Enoch was translated that he should not see death.

There is a transforming power in the word of God that stops you from living the life of a man
to the God life. The natural man cant see it. But the sons of God can see it.

Jesus said Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.

Christ lives in the light which no man can approach unto and no man can see Him because of the
glory of that light. There is where He lives and they cant find Him. Except a man be born again he
cannot see the kingdom. What is the Kingdom of God? The Kingdom of God is that place where
divinity reigns. The Kingdom of God is that place where
only the life and nature of God dominates. The Kingdom of
God is that place where only the light of God shines. Until
a man is born again he cannot see the Kingdom. When you
see the kingdom you cannot but stay in the kingdom.

The problem is we live too much on this level. We see too

much of this level. We look around and we see we are
broke. We look around and we see no money. We look
around and we see that we are sick. We look around and we
see all the difficulties of this life.

The Bible says looking unto Jesus. How can you look at a
one that you cant see? If you are a man you cannot see Him.
Therefore you have to be a son of God born of the Spirit of
God. The Bible says If we live in the spirit let us also walk
in the spirit. If you have the life of the spirit then live that
way.

How can you change it? By living from there here. Its not from
living from here there.
You look down and carry the problems there and say God see my
trouble.. Please help me. You know people have misunderstood the
things of God. They say Let us face reality. I will to God that they
will understand what reality is. You are talking about shadows.
They say They have not given me the money.
Yes you are looking at uncertain riches. Riches that are not
trustworthy. You are looking at an uncertain job. A job that is not
trustworthy. You are looking at your womb that is not trustworthy.
You are looking at your physical body. And that will not work.
The Bible says No man can approach that light. Why cant they
approach it? Because they cant see it. They cant find it.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for.

I tell you
something when you live the life of faith,
the time will come when you will wonder
whether you are mad. Because you look
at your life and you look at the lives of
others and you just cant talk that way.
You just have that confidence of
something that other are trembling of.

I never forget the story I once read about

the young prince of France.
Little boy! When the French revolution
took place they got a hold of him and
killed his father. Then they said Lets kill
the boy. And some others said No if you
kill him hes too young. Hell go to
heaven and thats too good for his bad
father. Before he dies let us give him to a
witch. Let the witch teach him to curse.
Let him learn abusive language. Then he
can die and go to hell. Hes too innocent.
So they gave this little boy to a witch and
they taught him to curse. The witch tried
and tried and tried to make the boy curse and say the wrong thing. This little boy wont say it.
Finally the boy said I cannot say such things. I was born to be a prince! He would not curse. He
would not use that language.

You come to a point in your life there are things you just cannot say. Youve gone too far to say
them. You are born that way. You cannot say I dont know whether Im going to die. Its too late.
Too late to say I am average. Too late to say I cannot get a job. Too late. But when you dont know
you walk on in darkness.

I have said ye are gods and all of you are children of the Most High. But ye shall die like men and
fall like one of the princes. Why? They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in
darkness:

All the days of their vanity. How they labour and struggle and
try to get something. The reason for working is not to make a
living. Its to make a giving.

Work to make a giving. Not a living.

Did you know for the rest of your life you have an inheritance?
If you were to sleep all your days you have something beyond
what you could spend on the face of the earth? The only reason
that you should not be allowed to sleep all your days is you
wont be acting like your Father who makes a giving with His
life.

You should be up and about wanting to do something good for

somebody. Take a job and work with dignity. It doesnt just end
in having a job. Its having a job and understanding what you
are doing. If you sell, sell good. You want people to have
because its good for them. You render services do well because
it will help somebody. They pay you but that money you get is not your life source. Its a
compensation for your effort. Always do
more than you are paid for. That is the
principle. Always!

He is in the light that no man can

approach unto. Only those who are born
into that light can see Him. Only those
who are born into that light can see Him.

The question is have you seen Him?

Thats why we preach. To make Him

known. So man can see Him.

Heard about a man in Trinidad. The man was so wicked and he was in
the hotel business. He didnt want to hear Christians talk about Jesus.
He hated the Son of God. When this crusade came to town they said
Why are they gathered there? So many thousands? Why? Then he
thought Let me go and find out what these fools are listening to.
So he went down to meet the fools. He called them fools. When he got
there listening to the Gospel the next thing he knew Jesus stood right in
front of him. All He said was I am Jesus. When Jesus said that to that
young man tears began to come out of his eyes. He knew at once that
his sins were forgiven. He knew at once that he was purified by God.
And he was the one screaming Hes alive! Hes alive!! Ive seen Him!
Hes alive! They found that it was this hotel owner who was such a bad
guy came screaming Hes alive! Hes alive! Ive seen Him. He looked
at me. He smiled at me. Ive seen Him. He is Jesus!

Not long ago one of my pastors sent me a letter. In that letter he said
that he was in his house and someone came in. He looked and it was
Jesus. This was last week I got this letter. Pastor said He just looked at
him and smiled at him. He didnt say anything. He just smiled at him.

He said When I saw Him, the glory of His face was so much. I couldnt look at the light coming out
of His face. Dear Pastor Jesus is so beautiful. Jesus is real. Hes real!
And he has been a pastor for some time. Now he tells me Jesus is real.

The deadest thing I know is to preach a dead Christ because it will kill you.

Now here we are and God wants to see us come out of that situation not with tears and crying O
What I went through.. No! He wants us coming out. Hallelujah! Watch this.

A lot of times we give testimonies and many of us dont know

what a testimony really is. A testimony is not Oh I was sick
and God healed me. In the ordinary childrens class we call
that testimony. But when you come into the class for seniors
you can be reprimanded for calling that a testimony. That is
not a testimony. A testimony is not Well brothers and sisters,
I want to tell you what happened. When I was travelling to
such and such a place that that that happened and so we went
to the and so we prayed and so we confessed. So I thank God
who brought me out.
Is that the testimony? You are only testifying that God
brought you out of something. That is not what glorifies Him.
What do you mean by testimony? Listen to me.

The testimony is His Word.

Are you with me? Are you sure you are catching? Or are you
there wondering what is he saying? The word of God is the
testimony.

When we take the word of God whether or not we have experienced it in our lives, we proclaim
the word. See the word of God is your life. Do you want to see a change? You will not see it until
you say it.
Dont say it in a struggle and think youve said it. If you say it and you are struggling you are just
walking on your believing. You havent believed yet. You havent gotten there yet. When you are
still trying to think What is the problem? What have I done? Why is my prayer not being answered?
When you are talking like that you havent gotten it yet. Its not faith yet.

A problem that a lot of Gods people have is a misunderstanding of what faith really is. They think
that faith is When I say I got it but I dont really have it but I still say I got it and I will get it. So
when they practice. Im not sick. Even though I feel it Im not sick. Im very tired. They are looking
for something to qualify their situation. So they have got a problem. They are in a quagmire. They
dont know what exactly to say to describe what they are going through. Do you know what their
problem is? They are trying to describe what they are going through. They have gotten things
messed up. They have their perception of their life upside down.

You are not supposed to be telling people what you are going through. You are supposed to
be telling people what has been done for you.

Must you say See I just want you to know what Im going through.. Who wants a rub off of your
problems one more time? Its no use. If you told somebody what you are going through that doesnt
mean it can help you.

We have come from a place where we cry for help every
time. We have come from that environment. So we say Hey
look what Im going through. Because if I dont tell you
what Im going through I might just die. So HELP!!!

Peter cried for help. You have to build your faith.

Information like this is good for you because when you have
it you can work on your faith. Your faith life has to grow
strong. You have to develop your faith. You got faith when
you were born again. God has dealt to everyone the measure
of faith. So each one of us have that measure of faith. So we
were all given the measure of faith. Not a measure of faith
but the measure of faith.

Now that we got the measure of faith, what do you do with

your faith? You have to grow you faith strong. You have to
make it strong. Its your responsibility to make it strong.
Faith always works. But faith has levels.

God is faithful that He never lets you walk into a situation that is greater than the faith you have.
1 Corinthians 10:13 .. God is faithful, who will not permit you to be tempted above that you are
able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

So you dont have a problem where Maybe this problem is more than my faith.

No! The only thing you have in your Bible is when your faith should be bigger. When your faith is
small unbelief is there. God doesnt like it. Did you hear me? God is telling each one of us whatever
situation you find yourself, thank God for that situation but God wants you to handle that situation.

He that overcometh shall eat of the tree of life.

He that overcometh shall be given a new name.
He that overcometh shall be given a crown.

Its up to you to overcome. You should be glad where you are now. You should be glad. Rejoice
where you have found yourself. This is meat for you. The deep calls unto the deep. The deeper the
trouble the greater the victory. The deeper the root goes down the higher the tree grows. Be happy
where you have found yourself in.

If only I could get the capital to start this business..

Everything you require is inside you.

Understand it. Its inside you. Have you seed that orange seed? I know when you saw that orange
seed it was very big. It was green. It had a lot of leaves for back up didnt it? When that seed when
you held it it was crying out Help me! I need a branch. I need leaves. Help me! I need roots.
Please help me. All you had to do was to put it in the right environment. Everything that it required
to produce its roots was inside it, everything that it required to had its stem was inside it, everything
that it required to had its branches was inside it. Everything it required to have its leaves and
produce more fruits were in it. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:38 God gives every seed its
own body. God has given every seed its own body. All the little seed required was to be placed in
the right environment. The environment you need is the environment of faith. If you are outside
the environment of faith you are in trouble. The Bible says in Hebrew 11:6 for without faith it is

impossible to please God. If you are in the faith
environment brother it doesnt matter what you
go through. Just relax.
It doesnt matter what you go through. Boy Im
tough! Sure I know I am tough. I got toughened
with the word.
Eating this Bible and feeding on this Bible until
I couldnt just see this world like they look.
Everything suddenly became so small. Ive
been building on this all these years. Thats
how I look at these things. The word of God is
your life. Describe yourself with the word.

See yourself the way God sees you. Stop thinking that things are difficult now. Things cannot get
difficult in the realm of the spirit if you live in that realm. But you always live in the realm of the
material world and so you see all the difficulties. Why? Because you found yourself living in the
wrong place. In that wrong place you may even start wishing you were dead. There fear in that
wrong place. All kinds of fear. Failure. Mans life the Bible says is full of trouble. You ought to
know that. If mans days are full of trouble, the best thing you got to do is dont live the life of a
man. Live the life of God. Live the God life. Gods says are full of joy. In His presence there is
fullness of joy at His right hand there are pleasures evermore. Who is at His right hand? Jesus! We
are joint heirs with Him.

Here you are money you dont have enough money. And you are thinking I need money. Business
is not going on well. Its hard. Rents are due. No job is coming in. Here you are and a thousand
thoughts are going through your mind. What do I do? You think I will sow a seed. Sow a seed in
church 2 months later doesnt look like there is any change. You are wondering. You may sow
some more. Youve even withdrawn the last money you had in your account. Now you feel like
you were a big fool for bringing out all you had.

From this zero point I like it when a man gets to zero. You know that? From this zero point you
say Pastor mine is worse than zero. Im in minus. Minus and minus. What am I going to do? Ok.
From your minus point here you are now. You need a change now. Do you really want a change?
We are talking about changing hopeless situations around.

The first thing that MUST change is your state of mind. If that doesnt change, your material state
is not about to change. The man must change from inside first. If you want a permanent change it
has to start from your inside. If it doesnt happen from the inside what you got is a temporary
change. You are likely to fall back to the same mess not long afterwards. You must be a possessor
from the inside first. If you dont have it inside any other one that will come will come and go.

If it is inside, then you have come to the place where you dont care if you lose that job, you dont
care if they take that money. No matter what goes away from you all you say is We just get another
one! You dont cry Ahhh.. its gone.. what am I going to do?

People dont understand that they are living in a shadow. They think This is a real world and we
got real troubles. And I need a real solution. Ok brother you are not about ready. You want to be
ready change the inside first.

What do you want? I need a job. I need business. I need some money.
Alright. Start from here. If you dont have the money inside you wont see it outside. And if you
see it outside you are going to lose it very soon. Sure! You have to have it inside first.

If you dare have that money inside you would not say again Give me. Give me. Give me. The
moment you know that you got the money it will change your walk. You walk with the spirit of
dominion. You got everything in place. You know you have it made because its inside you. Instead
of taking your briefcase and saying Stop for me. Hallelujah!
You square up, chin up and chest out. My God you got it made. Its on the inside first. Faith is is is
the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. It is the substance if it is substance
it means you can touch it. If it is substance it means its a present hour enjoyment of that thing. It
means that you can relate with it. Brother we do NOT walk by sight. We walk by faith. I dont live
on this plane I live over the other plane. I know that things which are written in the word of God
which I do not see with my optical eyes are more real than the things we do see.

In the same way brother you can relate with that house. You have been wanting that house for a
long time. Somebody says Where is that house? You say I can take you there if you know how to
get there. So they are excited with you. Then they are asking you where is the house? Show me?
And you say Its in me. Then they think you are crazy. You say Praise the Lord I got a house. Lets
go and dedicate the house. You have to be fully convicted. When you are fully persuaded your
conviction controls you. You are not deliberately trying to believe it. The conviction controls you.
The evidence of unseen realities. Faith is THE evidence! Faith gives you the knowledge that what
you do not see is yours! When its faith if its true faith real faith is a knowledge. When you have
the evidence you already know. How many of you know that you have shoes at home right now?
Do you have shoes at home? Or are all your shoes here right now? Do you know that you have
shoes at home? Are you trying to believe that you have shoes at home? No! You know that you
know!

Do you know that we have spiritual senses? Hebrews 5:14 says the mature Christians have their
spiritual senses exercised. Some people have never exercised their spiritual senses. Thats their
trouble. They have never been able to tell the reality of something that they do not see.

They say How can I say I have it when I dont have it?
Ah ha! You dont have it. Yeah! You cannot say you have it when you dont have it. If you do say
it you are telling a lie. If you say you are healed and you are not healed you are actually telling a
lie.
Ahh.. so thats the problem. How can I say Im healed when I am not healed.
You cannot say you are healed when you are not healed.

But how did you know that you were not healed? See my hand is supposed to go up but it doesnt.
I say you are healed in Jesus name! Amen! Please pray for me very very well. Because you think
the more I pray the more it works. You know what you are doing? Thats not faith. That is a man
living in the sense realm.

When it is faith faith is the evidence. In other words it has come to your knowledge. This is not
an assumption. You have come to a knowledge a revelation knowledge that that thing you were
hoping for or that thing you wanted is now yours. You know it. Its a conviction. You know that
you know it. You are no longer trying to believe. You just know! Nobody can change your mind
now. You are not saying O God I know it and now I want the manifestation. I want to see the real
money now. Thats proof positive that you didnt have it. When you say I believe it in the spirit but
now I want the manifestation. You just spoilt everything. You know what you are saying? God I
believe in the spirit but I want to walk by sight.

When you know it you dont what other manifestation do you want? It is already there. How
can I pass this thing to you? Its just like John Wesley said Lord give me that faith which no man
can have until he knows that he has it. When it is true faith you know that you have it.

Did you ever read that Peter walked on
water? Do you know what it is to walk
on water? Thats faith! Faith is walking
on the water. You come out of the boat.
Youve been inside and you climb out
and you are not thinking Will the water
hold me? What about gravity? Will this
faith really work? If you do that you are
going down. Then you say I thought I
had it but I dont have it. You know it.

Its like Yonggi cho who wanted a

bicycle a table and a chair. God told him
You have been praying for a bicycle a table and a chair. You didnt tell me what type? There are
so many types of bicycle do you want? Be specific!
Because until you are specific you cant see it. You cant just see car! Is there any such car as car?
You dont say Give me a child there is no such thing as child. You pray Give me a son or you say
Give me a daughter. No child will come if you pray that prayer.

You have to see it on the inside first. God created man in His image but there was no man around.
But God created man. Where is man? If you come there that day you wouldnt have found man.
God already created man. When you create you create from nothing into existence. Where is man?
He was inside God. After God had him on the inside one day God formed man from the dust of the
ground according to which He had created from the inside.

You have to prophesy your future. God wants you to change your future. You have to make up
your mind. Youve gone through whatever youve gone through long enough. Its time you make
a change. You think God should do it? No God thinks you should do it. You should change it.

Take your change and sit down. Map out your life. You say Well Im already 62 I dont know
whether where I'm going seems closer than where Im coming from. Where do you want to go
anyway? Dont die out here anyway. When you want to go go in Gods way. Tell us bye bye.
Dont say As you see me so, I dont know which day is the day. We are all here no man knows. We
dont know who is next. No! No!! No!!! God doesnt want it that way. Look at Jacob he called all
his children and prophesied to them what they will be doing and then he say bye bye and closed
his legs and gave up the ghost. Same thing with Moses. In fact Moses didnt want to die. God told
him to climb the mountain and lie down on the floor and then God asked him to die.

Map out your life. Your life is for the glory of God. Its what you use your life for that counts. Its
the life you live that counts. Thats what really matters. The glory of that life. God has called you
and chosen you and glorified your life. It is for a chosen group and you are among them. Those
who receive are those to whom it belongs. Those who say Lord its for me. It is theirs. Then those
who say Lord I dont know whether its for me. Then you havent heard me yet.
