Rationalisation/ drawing up of cause list in

Subordinate Courts.

I am directed to inform you that the matter regarding

kilisation/ drawing up of cause list in Subordinate

;hurts has been considered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice. and

Judn: of this Court and their Lordships have been pleased to

that

i) cases, both civil and criminal, for evidence

and arguments be fixed for five days in a week;
namely , Monday to Friday.

ii) Miscellaneous, matters hike Executions, stay,

. and matters like bail, demand,
Injunction etc
Sapurdari, return of case,property,etc. be fixed
for and he hoard on Stturdays only. However,jf

the Court considers that such matters cannot:Wait:

for disposal till Saturday, it.may take up such
matters on other working days as well.

or concluded on the following Saturday as well.

iv) In case, the counsel for the parties so

regular cases also on a Saturdays
