DESCRIPTION :

READY PLAST is a plastering adhesive which gives good bonding. It is a single component.
This product is suitable for plastering of different substrate like AAC bricks, Cement bricks,
Concrete bricks and second coat on old plastering surface and concrete surfaces.

USES:

1. It can be used on inner and outer walls.

2. It can be also used efficiently on bricks, blocks, and concrete walls.
3. Instead of traditional plastering Ready plast can be used.
4. It is easy to apply that is stronger, looks smooth surface and good bonding to its base.
5. Time saving and least rebound and less curing.
6. We are using quality and graded sand does not contain silt and dirt, so finally wont form cracks
And will get very good finishing.

Appearance : Free flowing powder

Colour : Grey
Base : Cement with polymer powder & water retaining
Special additive.
Pot life : Approximately 90 minutes @ 30C
Water Demand : 18-20%
Compressive Strength (Mpa) : More than 4 in 28 days
Bulk density : 1.2 to 1.4 kg/lit
Coverage : 0.16 0.22 kg/sft/mm
Thickness of layer : 6 12 mm.

METHOD OF USAGE :

A. Surface preparation: The surface to be cleaned from dust. For best results the surface
should be lightly moist. During application surface must be free from rising dampness.
B. Mixing and Application: Take suitable container and take 5 lit water and add 25 kgs of
powder slowly and mix well with mechanical stirrer until to get uniform mix, leave it for 5
mints and mix again for 2 mints. For best results use water and powder ratio correctly. The
mixed material should be applied with in one hour. While applying surface area should not
exposed to sun light, wind and rain.

CURING:

In normal weather (less than 30 C) curing should be done 2 3 times per day for 3 days. If
the temperature is above 35 C curing should be done 2 3 times per day for 7 days.

SUPPLY:

NUFIX READY PLAST is supplied in 40 kg bags.

SHELF LIFE: 6 Months.

PRECAUTION:

NUFIX READY PLAST is non-toxic and non-flammable. Any splashes on to the

eyes have to be immediately washed with plenty of water and medical advice has to be taken.

The customer should make his own trials to determine the compatibility of the product for his
