Subject: Overseas established chapters qualified for election

PTI Overseas Election Commission (EC) is pleased to announce that the following chapters have been
approved for holding PTI Intra-Party Election 2017. These Chapters include;

1. Canada
2. Greece
3. Hong Kong
4. Spain
5. Italy
6. France
7. Japan

Election Structure
All above mentioned chapters will have election on Single body basis, expect;
Canada 2 regional teams;
o West Canada: comprising of Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan and surrounding states
o East Canada: comprising of Ontario, Quebec and surrounding states

Membership /Voters List

The respective chapters membership list has been published as per schedule already, which can be found

All members are requested to kindly check for their names to verify their voting status. Any discrepancy
or errors should be highlighted to EC and Membership Team by sending email to oic.ec@insaf.pk and
membership@finance.insaf.pk

Any complaints on membership list should be registered with Election Commission (EC) on
oic.ec@insaf.pk no later than 5th November 2017 EOD, after which no complaints shall we entertained.
Complaints should be sent with proper supporting material, evidence or proof. Any email complaint with
insufficient evidence or baseless allegations will be rejected straight away.

Panel Nomination
Panel nomination will be done via online forms submission, with deadline of 8th November 2017. These
forms & links will be shared with the chapters by 5th November 2017. (See detailed schedule for complete steps)

Elections will be held on the following region basis.

Detailed Election Schedule

Below table shares the detailed schedule for elections for respective chapter, which will be strictly
followed to enable timely completion of election process. For any change EC will duly notify the
respective chapter beforehand.

EC would like to extend congratulations to the chapters for their effort to qualify for election and looks
forward to a positive committed effort from all teams throughout the process.
