WHEREAS, Rebecca Lee Noonan, who heretofore on the 19th day of September 2017, offered a plea of guilty to
Criminal Sexual Conduct Fourth Degree for which the Court stayed adjudication of guilt.

WHEREAS, the defendant was then placed on probation on the 19th day of September 2017, for a period of up

to ten years or until completed with therapy for dependency, emotional, and personal needs. years, pursuant to the order
of the Honorable Jonathan N Jasper, Judge 0f District Court, and

WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the satisfaction of the Director of Anoka County Community
Corrections Department that during the period of probation, the above-named Defendant has complied with all the terms

and conditions of probation,

IT IS RECOMMENDED that the proceedings against the above-named defendant be dismissed, and that the
defendant be discharged from probation without an adjudication of guilt.
