PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently working as Asst Engineer(Mechanical) in Gupta Industrial Maintenance

services pvt ltd in ongoing contract site of SLPP( 4 X 125)MW running plant of
Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd having 4 X 390TPH CFBC Boiler since Nov
2013.
Worked at JSW power (barmer),Rajasthan for the purpose of Annual shut down of
4x135mw power plant for one month.
Completed one month Inplant training at NTPC, Mauda, Nagpur of 2x500mw
power plant with ICOM-PPTI, Nagpur.

SCOPE OF WORK
Planning and execution of daily preventive and predictive maintenance of Boiler and
its auxiliaries like soot blowers, bucket elevators, lignite conveyors, Bed ash
conveyors and blowers
Taking care of annual overhauling of SA,PA and ID Fans and its Alignment checking
Taking care of annual overhauling of all Safety valves with its day to day
Maintenance
Handling preventive maintenance of ESP and its parts like ERM and CRM motors
and preparing check lists
Handling of pressure parts during Break down and performing Thickness
measurement, Hydraulic test and inspection of high pressure welded joints by using
radiography detection test
Handling of preventive maintenance of BOP components like cooling towers, DM
plant and all centrifugal and reciprocating pumps and preparing check lists
Handling of erection and fabrication activities of pipe lines in DM plant, Pump house
and cooling towers in coordination with client drawings
Expertise in manpower handling ,stores management along with Safety environment
