with correct and fruitful information which was very helpful for making of these

 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In todays modern business scenario effective logistical function is equally
important like other functions like manufacturing, marketing, finance etc.
effective and efficient Supply Chain Management will help an organization to
satisfy customers and retain them. Effective logistics throws up myriad
opportunities for companies who seek to crave a niche for themselves in the
modern and international arena of business.

Coca-Cola satisfies its customers by its products and services by making

their product available for their customers. This helps to build a brand image
and loyalty towards Coca-Cola.

Thus this report briefly shows that how proper SCM is necessary in any
organization to satisfy all the stakeholders viz. Customers, shareholders,
employees, suppliers, etc. And that every company should follow it readily as it
will be beneficial for the company as well as for the society as whole.
