1.Computer software, or simply software, is a part of a computer system that consists of data or
computer instructions, in contrast to the physical hardware from which the system is built.
In computer science and software engineering, computer software is all information processed
by computer systems, programs and data. Computer software includes computer
programs, libraries and related non-executable data, such as online documentation or digital media.

2.System software, or systems software, is computer software designed to provide platform to


other software(s).[1] Examples of system software include operating systems, computational
science software, game engines, industrial automation, and software as a service applications.

3.Application software can be divided into two general classes:


systems software and applications software.Applications software (also called end-user
programs) include such things as database programs, word processors, Web browsers and
spreadsheets.

4.An operating system (OS) is system software that manages computer


hardware and software resources and provides common services for computer programs.
All computer programs, excluding firmware, require an operating system to function.

5.Utility software is system software designed to help analyze, configure, optimize or


maintain a computer. It is used to support the computer infrastructure in contrast to
application software, which is aimed at directly performing tasks that benefit ordinary users.

9231 na magpapataw ng mas mabigat na parusa laban sa child labor.

Kabilang sa masasakop ng mabigat na parusa ang mga magsasangkot sa kabataan sa


prostitution, slavery at pyrotechnics manufacturing.

Sa ilalim ng batas, hindi bababa sa 100,000 hanggang isang milyong piso ang multa o
pagkakulong ng 12-20 taon ang mapapatunayang nang-aabuso sa mga kabataan na may edad
18 pababa.

Ang mga establisimiyento na mapapatunayang sangkot sa child labor ay maaaring ipasara lalo
pa’t kung ang paglabag sa batas ay nagresulta ng pagkamatay, pagkaparalisa o
pagkaka-aksidente ng kabataang empleyado.

Sa talaan ng National Statistics Office (NSO), 1.25 milyong kabataan ang nagtatrabaho at di na
nakakapag-aral.

Ipinakikita ng mga ginawang pag-aaral na ang mga menor de edad ay napipilitang pumasok sa
mga delikadong trabaho dahil sa malaking pangangailangan sa pera.

Maraming mga pabrika ang kumakalap ng kabataang manggagawa dahil hindi sila humihingi ng
mataas na sahod.

Nauna rito, matagal na nabinbin sa Malacaang ang child labor bill bago tuluyang naisabatas
ng Pangulo dahil sa pagtutol ng ilang sektor mula sa industriya ng pelikula na maaaring
