Final words of Paris Agreement under the UNFCCC, 2015 was adopted
unanimously by 195 countries. According to this Agreement, Nationally
Determined Contributions (NDC) are to be reported every 5 years and are to be
registered with UNFCCC Secretariat which will be 'progressive' depending upon
the targets set by each country itself and therefore contributions have been
made 'non-binding' as a matter of International Law and there will be a 'name
and shame system' or 'name and encourage plan'.
