INTRODUCTION
It is an instrument used to
record instructions send to
any electronics system of
aircraft.
It records specific
parameters of performance
of aircraft.
One more important
component is CVR.
HISTORY

COCKPIT VOICE RECORDER
It records the audio environment in the flight deck
of an aircraft for the purpose of accidents and
incidents.
This is typically achieved by recording the signals
of microphone and earphones of the pilots
headset, copilots headset and microphones in the
roof of cockpit where it can pick up audio alerts
and other sound.
FDR and CVR together form BLACK BOX.
