STEP 1:
Turn on the power for the monitor by pressing the on switch located on the front
of the treadmill.

STEP 2:
Please find the 4 holes located on backside of the console. These 4 holesare marked with R
(Reset Speed), I (Incline set), H (High Speed set) and L (Low Speed set).

STEP 3:
Press the button of R with a stick. Do not use metal material as this will affect the monitor
function.

STEP 4:
Press START button.

STEP 5:
The speed will display at 1.6 km/h or 1.0mph.

STEP 6:
Press the button of L to set low/start speed.

STEP 7:
Press the FAST button till the speed display at 16km/h or 10.0mph.

STEP 8:
Press the button of H to set high speed.

STEP 9:
You can press the FAST button to ensure that the speed will not go over the high speed
you set.

STEP 10:
Press the STOP button.

STEP11:
Press the button of I to reset incline.

STEP12:
The treadmill will run incline function automatically for a cycle (from down to up).

STEP: 13
The treadmill reset has been completed when the pulse / incline icon display is at 00.

THE PROCESS OF CHANGING THE ALATECH SYSTEM
First of all, disassemble the top console, and
then assemble the new top console in the
same position with the same amount of
screws.

PS. Dont throw away those cords you


disassembled. You will need them.

Put back all the cords you disassembled.


The marked place in the left picture is the
incline upper position.

4Pin HR input connection terminal inserts


back to the former position.

12Pin upper controller cable position is


showed in the left picture.

Put back the console after arranging the
cable in the former way.
And recalibration the treadmill to finish.

controller.

Drill those positions which marked by red


pen as fixed holes

Fix the controller on the position which


the hole you drilled in the last process

Insert the speed sensor into the position


showed in the left picture

Incline power cords must be set in order as
black, white, and red. Accordingly to the
picture on the left side

Please connect the Motor output cable


properly. Accordingly to the picture on the
left side

Please connect the VR of the incline motor


properly. Accordingly to the picture on the
left side

12Pin control cord connected position is


showed in the left picture

There are two magnets in the front roller.
One of them needs to be pulled out during
the change.
After correction, please help to make sure
one of them doesnt have magnetic and
another one does.

Put back the magnet that has no magnetic.

Disassemble the right handrail, handgrip,


and console in order. Then take 12Pin
lower controller cable and go across the
hole.

Then the controller cable will come out


from the back side of the hole as the
picture shows.(white part one)

Fix the cable you updated in the former
way. As the left picture shows

Take 12Pin controller cable link with the


controller. As the left picture shows

Disassemble the right handrail and then


take the other end of the controller cable
across it. After that, put back the right
handrail.

Ensure the fixed hole position is correct.

The fixed position is showed in the left
picture.

After fix, one end of the controller cable


will be the joint
