Assignments of the field engineer

1) Attend to carryout effective handover of the vehicles to the customer

explaining the operation and the logic driving techniques of the vehicle.
Collect Questioner forms of the brief first impressions in respect of :
aesthetics, ergonomics and functions of the Lever.
2) Contact the customer every 3 months.
3) From the first verification and subsequent (every 4 months) to the last (12
months) assist the driver of the vehicle to compile the established
questionnaire.
4) After each verification report the result and possible defects on system

CHECKS To be carried out by FIELD ENGINEER

1) Check general function of the Gearbox
2) Check visual static state major associated components
3) Check visual state of harness and errors in ECU.
4) Check area of Auto Shift:
- Brackets and reaction cable terminal / pivots fixings and possible presence
of dirty.

- leakages from servo shift cylinder (possible daubing of oil)

5) Check operation correct clutch application
6) Check correct functioning logics of gear change
