Vernier callipers-Diameter of spherical body

Aim: To find diameter/volume of a spherical body using a pair of vernier callipers

Apparatus and Material required: Vernier callipers, spherical body(marble/simple pendulum bob)

Theroy: Total Reading: MSR+(VC X LC)+(-e) cm

Procedure:

Observations: Least Count: ( Value of 1MSD/No. of divisions on Vernier Scale) = (1cm/10) / 10 = 0.01cm
