MODIFICATIONS SUGGESTED IN THE TENEDER DOCUMENT.

The following modifications are suggested to be incorporated as corrigendum in

the tender document published for appointing Design, Engineering and
Supervision Consultant for the Bulk Cement Terminal and Logistics hub project
at Cochin Port.
In the light of the suggestions and requests which came from the participants for
the pre bid meeting conducted at Willingdon Island on 2nd Nov 2017 it is
proposed to incorporate the following modifications.
1) If there are any deviations in the tender submitted that is to be incorporated in a
deviation note separately along with the technical bid.
2) Tender document 4.1 A Note 2 is modified as below.
The Bidder shall submit, with their Technical Proposal, the documentary
evidence regarding fulfillment of all the above criteria. In case of Consortium, the
members shall jointly fulfill all the above minimum eligibility criteria and there
shall not be any change of lead member, subsequently after the award of the
work, till the completion of assignment in all respect. The party who has
downloaded the Bidding Document must be a member of Consortium.

3) Tender document 4.1 A Note 4 is modified as below.

The average turnover of the bidder / consortium partners jointly (in case of
consortium bid) for the last 3 financial years ending with 31st March 2017 will be
calculated by dividing the total turnover for the last three years by 3 and should
be equal to or more than 1 ( One) crore. (The Turnover of the consultancy
division alone will be taken into account)

4) Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last 3 years shall be
at least 1,00, 00,000.00 (Rupees One crore). Bidders shall submit audited
profit/loss statement and balance sheets for the last three years ending
31.3.2017. For firms having multifaceted operations like consultancy, project
execution etc turnover and profit for the consultancy division will only be taken for
the bid evaluation and has to be separately shown.
